have you seen the add a meal options.... hardly inspiring though! that's why i haven't bothered doing add a meal, even though i'm in week 12 and by rights i should be doing the add a meal week....I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -

I got the book off the CDC last week, hubby fancied doing the SS+, no it's not very interesting.

I'm off home now to face my demons. Hubby and son will be out at football, which is worse, somehow I am more determined when they are in.
So plan is straight in, shake, black coffee, water, day 3 of jogging program, walk dog, then I think I will have to go to bed.
My little chart has only one coloured in square out of 5 for this week, that is not good at all I need to get the other 2 coloured in at least.0 -

Actually they sound pretty good to me at this point
I will discuss it with the CDC as app the losses are similar and lets face it if i am not freaking out and eating pizza its got to be better than the most recent losses as they have not been inspiring!
This morning it looked like i had lost a couple of pounds but my home scale has gone up again.
