Don't get any these days unfortunately, they come into the UK through Southampton, Felixstowe and Grangemouth so we never get to see any!!0

On a work day, I have a tetra in the morning when I get in. Another one around now, and then tonight I will try and wait until I've been out with the dog.
Chocolate for lunch - definitely the best one!!!0 -

i have my choc tetra in the fridge at work and hold off for as long as possible.... i just love them!!!
(alpha - i agree, a warm tetra however is never a good thing!!!)
Welshy - i meant to say too.... what you were saying about noone commenting on your losses so far.... that's kinda pants cause it's that that can keep you motivated, or maybe i'm just shallow....
remind us where you started and which week/weight are you now? - i swear i can't keep track, there are too many of us!!!I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -
I have my first at around 9 - 9.30, second at 1pm and third at around 7pm.
I can see the logic in spreading them out more, but my CD said I should have my first 1 by 10.30am, as that is breakfast time and to get my body used to having breakfast. I never ever used to eat breakfast, but when i have finished this diet hopefully I will.If dogs don't go to heaven, then I want to go where they go. :A0 -
I am now on week 7 and have lost 29lb. My heaviest weight was..........wait for it............. 17st 11lbs. I had lost over 2 stone (slimming world) before coming on this and put a bit back on. Anyway, I am now 15st 2. Want to keep going and get to 10stone but it seems so far away at the moment. If dogs don't go to heaven, then I want to go where they go. :A0

i can't believe noone has noticed!!!! it must just be the kinda people you work with!!! too snooty to comment!
my place is a bit like that too!I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -
Welshy, you have done really well and only 3 lbs to go and you are in the 14 st something range.
Thats really good, you keep up the good work, it is a long way to go, but break it up into bits and it will go by quickly,
Sometimes I think some people don't always like to comment, its like admiting they thought you were overweight in the first place if you know what I mean.
Well we know how well you are doing, and If you would post us some pics, we will comment for you!!!!0 -
I thought that too. The people who know I am doing this diet have noticed, but i think they are just being nice and my mother is forever telling me how fab I am looking now. I haven't told many people - only the people I trust, because I know some people who will try and sabotage this for me, by sticking food in my face and telling me I am being stupid not going out for lunch with them etc, etc.
My OH has been so amazing since I started this - he's always telling me how proud he is - he is in the gym about 4/5 times a week so he eats what he wants really and doesn't put the weight back on. I on the other hand am a lazy mare lol. I don't care what anyone else thinks as long as he is supportive. He's my best friend and one of the only people I trust. If dogs don't go to heaven, then I want to go where they go. :A0 -
I am on facebook, but I haven't got the guts to post anything. I only have one picture of me on holidays on there and i look terrible. Its not my profile picture - it is buried in lots of other photos from our hols last October. If dogs don't go to heaven, then I want to go where they go. :A0
