I'm sure he'll probably lose loads in the first month or two.... lucky beggar!!!

I was reading someones blog today and they were saying how their fat bits felt less firm than before... and how this was a good thing.... so i've decided to embrace my now smaller but wobblier than before bits as it was beginning to get my down....

i never had many stretch marks really from having Erin but not my tum is shrinking the skin is kinda getting a bit loose and what scars there are, are more noticable...

But i'll accept that for a slimmer look when fully clothed and smaller sized clothes... cause the only person who see's me naked is big G or occaisionally Erin....

and i'll hope that my body will catch up with itself sometime soon!!

Maz, I think you will end up fine, especially because you are so active.

Spud, you are on a countdown now, and I need a buddy to do the jogging program too and keep me going.

I've been doing some bingo wing work at home, as it would be a sin to be skinny and have chicken skin under my arms....!

I wore vest tops all the time before, so not gonna stop now.....

and plenty plenty moisturiser.... splash it all over!!

My physio says that dry body brushing, any celulite treatment (actually have to physically break this down with a knobbly headed machine) and a firming cream is what we ladies need to use! (she had her own salon for beauty on the side of doing her physio)

Duncan is your stepper or pilaties thing (what is this btw) for sale to a good home ;)
If you dont know where you are going... Any road will take you there :rotfl:

Yes, I think I need a bit of bingo wing work, its all very swingy in that area, hubby has some free hand weights, I should start having a go after my running thingy.
I did actually do 20 crunches on the bean last night after running.

OK, top tip for healthy skin, dry body brushing, have you tried it before?
You need a good quality, quite stiff brush and start brushing upwards from your feet, (the idea is to brush towards your heart). Its supposed to stimulate your circulation, skin and aid the release of toxins stored around the fat cells. Supposed to help with cellulite a bit too.
You do it before you shower. You can feel the skin tingling and whether or not it does anything at all it does feel nice.
Exfoliate all over, twice a week, you can make your own potions at home, there are loads of recipes on-line, but I tend to buy them, the body shop do some good ones, but they can be expensive. Salt ones are nice and make you feel really clean, but I prefer the ones with something more coarse in, that dosent melt. (Makes a hell of mess of the bath though!)
Baby Oil - super cheap and really effective. Squirt some in the bath water when you go for a soak or after showering BEFORE you get dry, rub a very small amount all over your body, then pat yourself dry.
Works wonders and is much easier and cheaper than expensive body butters and potions.

Oh I really miss doing all these, I can't do it since I got the excema, except the baby oil. I used to love having a pamper night in the bath with a bottle of wine, lighting a few candles and reading a good book. You can do it without the wine though, have some sparkling water.

Spud the weight will fall off your OH if he is 23 stone. He will look so good in just a few weeks. Nobody has noticed my weight loss yet! Makes me wonder why I bother!!!

I would love a running machine. We used to have one and that cost us about £700 and when we moved house I GAVE it away - how stupid is that. Regretting it now. I never used it and it was in the garage for ages. Wish I had just left it in the garage now - mind you, i probably still wouldn't go on it knowing me. Good intentions and all that!

I have never heard of this biggest loser thing you are all on about, but I will sky+ it too and see what its like.

dry body brushing it is then!!!

I do tend to use one of those little puffy shower things with shower gel, but that's cause i'm mean and i thinkit goes further... maybe i need something more abrasive! i have some body shop scrbs too, best chum is ex body shop so bagged a few bargains...

Love bio-oil but it is expensive, my local semi chem does a cheaper version, which seems much the same.... i have enough potions to keep me going for a while...

    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Pilates-Power-Gym-tone-up-exercise-machine-plate-EXDEMO_W0QQitemZ270375291602QQcmdZViewItem

This is the Pilates machine Alpha, actually its pretty good, quite a sturdy piece of equipment, I'm not really selling it, I would like to try and start to use it now I'm on a mission. This link is a good price on ebay, they go for £200 +

The stepper, I would sell to a good home, but I wouldn't sell it to you!

It has a twisting action, so not only do you go up and down, but side to side, it plays havoc with your knees.
