    Ok I've sent it you Spud, no excuses now, if you can't manage to break out into a jog, just do fast and slow walking making sure you use your arms during the fast bit.

    I'm not near Leeds unfortunately or I would love to come and cheer you on.

    I work in Liverpool and live on The Wirral.
    When you come and do one round here I'll be first in the queue to cheer you on.

    Will be cheering in spirit though, of course.

    There you go Spud, 8 weeks on Sunday, you even have enough time to have a couple of hiccups.

    I think it took me 7 weeks when I did it last time.

    I've put it in my diary, so will be with you mentally

    I haven't posted for a while so thought i would join in, Gosh all this talking about running is making me sleepy i need some motivation to go for a run i feel ashamed, i need to do some running myself, i am so unfit went swimming the other day and didn't swim properly mostly just kicked my legs in the air and the next day i was aching all over !
    I thought you was from around Liverpool ways Duncan by the post about wembley, my family went as well, and yes i'm from Liverpool ha ha !

    I had a couple of shots at the weekend am hoping it's not going to affect my WI this week
    30 pounds in 8 weeks guys ! Feel so good
    how's everyone else doing?

    Hi All

    I am back and doing well so far today, have not felt hungry all day but boy is it a chore to drink a tetra that has gone warm and the same applies for water! Bleugh!

    Glad to hear everyone os doing well, i wonder if i should get in on that running thing or wait untill there is less weight on my knees? What do you guys think?

    Maz, Will ask OH if he fancies trying out your suggestion... all in the name of weight loss of course ;):D
