good, i'm glad you didn't think i was being bossy or owt...!
Not that i don't do bossy, cause i do... but i need keeping in line too, so feel free to tell me when i need it!
Alpha - i have a great idea! y'know how you and hubby to be are both doing CD... you have the perfect diversion for when you are feeling snack-ish.... go off and do some practising for your honeymoon!!
A sure fire way to take your mind off food!
Sueduncs - you shouldn't let my exercising make you feel bad, all you guys with your dog walking are actually making me think i should take my boys out more often!I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -
guys - i don't know if i mentioned that i have been doing a blog, it might be useful to anyone just starting, or at least give you a laugh!

This is the first entry and you can carry on from there...
sometimes good to see how others get on, and recognise familiar emotions....
upon reflection, there does seem to be a lot of confessions on it! maybe i shouldn't let you read it! lol!!!!!!!I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -
Its OK Maz, youre not making me feel bad, you're making me feel motivated.:T
I would like to get a few muscles going under the blobby bits, then as they are melting away the muscles will come through!
My Dad was taking the p***s out of me yesterday.
I was trying to saw the top off a tree stump and he was laughing at my rather wobbly upper arms.:rotfl::rotfl:
I've always had a really weak upper body, mind with all this gardening it should be getting better.0 -
Big G and i were, well y'know, at the weekend and he was saying that my body has changed so much... definitely going to need a boob job sometime as they are just empty, still quite big but all packaging and no substance at all!
and my tum has a definite pouch where Csection scar is, which only serves to make saggy tum look worse....!
If i had to chose between a tummy tuck and a boob job on the NHS, i think i'd have a boob job...... then save up for a tummy tuck privately..... i think it would cost less too
you need to get the dumbbells out of an evening Sue... i've been working on my bingo wings while watching telly.... they need a lot of work...I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -

Loved the Blog Maz, It is good to hear read about other peoples successes, and odd failures. It reassures us that we are all human, have a life and sometimes we just lose sight of what we want to acheive.
It makes a difference in your outloook and motivation, especially when you read about your ups and downs, and still you have such wonderful losses to brag about!!
I'd wait a while to worry about your body changes. You are losing weight very quickly after being a larger girl for a long time. It will take a while for your body to catch up and readjust to the changes. You are still young, and I think you may find that once you start to maintain your body will start to settle down and take on its new shape.
My hubby told me that he thought my skin was going saggy, I told him to FO!
Then my mum, who is a larger lady herself, was talking about how old one of her friends looks, and she thinks its because she is slim and looks more wrinkly. The fat face fills out the wrinkles you see!!
Its not just about how we look, but how healthy and energetic we want to be.
One thing I have noticed though - For the last 18 months I have had severe excema, just on the palms of my hands and a couple of odd spots. I have no idea where it came from or why it started, but it gets very painful and because its on my hands can split and bleed a lot. (sounds gross)
Anyway, since starting CD its been brilliant, it hasn't gone, but its just more like dry skin, rather than all flaky and itchy. This morning after eating real food last night the itchyness started again. So my conclusion is obviously the diet, or rather the lack of food is making this better, and something in my diet is setting it off.
Its a wonderful side effect of the diet, and hopefully will give me another incentive to be good.
Its weird, although I ate last night, today I feel pretty good, slimmer than I have for a while and very positive. After the wine I had, I really wondered why I had bothered, it makes you feel like crap, but has this strange draw, almost as though you associate it with relaxing and if you can't have it you don't relax.
God I've just waffled, sorry, going to have my choc tetra now!!0 -
random thought - is it just me, or does it look like duncan just pee'd up the curtains in Sue's avvy?!
:rotfl:
sue - i hope you're right about the body catching up.... trouble is, i've never had brilliant perky boobs, but what i lacked in passing the pencil test, i made up for in volume! - plus they look good in a bra so who else, apart from big g would know!!
Speaking of bra's, i reckon i need to readdress the bra situation.... i'm still wearing all the same bras... some were tight and fit nicely now... some are too big...
i can feel a visit to markies coming on!! or maybe just a big trying on session in asda is more my budget!!
Brill news about the excema sue!I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -
Ahh, its OK Maz, thats my mums living room so I am spared!!!
Good bras maketh the bouncy boobs, I am terrible for bras myself. I like the plain seamless t-shirt ones for comfort, but they don't really do a lot for shape and support.
Hubby sent me to a shop in Liverpool called Madame Foners, its been around for years and years, they don't have anything out, you have to tell them what you are looking for and they have all these boxes behind the counter, take one look at your chest and tell you what size you are then give you a few things to try on and come in the changing room while you try. I could have died - I had my washed out used to be white Asda one on, so she made me try on the new one, then put my top back on so I could see how lovely my boobs looked, then I had to take it off and put the minging Asda one back on then stand, with her still, in the mirror to look how baggy my boobs were in my crap bra.
Neverthless I ended up spending £100 on two bra and knicker sets and have never been back since!!!!0 -

maybe the ole cuppa soup routine would work.... or feeling a bit sick so not eating for a couple of days... you never know, people might be very supportive, you just don't know do ya.....
Let us know how you get on tomorrow when you come home from work...!
Well, lets just say there were questions. The cook seemed insulted when I told her I didnt want any lunch, kept offering to make me a lovely fresh salad, bless her. I'll try and have a word with her tomorrow, and explain what I'm doing.
I did talk to one lady about it, and she wants me to give here CDCs phone number
I sat with the other girls for lunch, and they do WW, and they just asked if I was having a WW cup a soup, so I said yes.
I can see I'm going to have to come clean soon :rolleyes:Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:
