i said to Big G, if you think i've gone too far, let me know... I've never been skinny so i don't know how i'm gonna look... At 13stone, i still look fat so i know i'm nowhere near ready....

I'll be thrilled beyond words to get under 14 stone. I cant remember the last time I was under 14 stone :o

you'll get such a boost, it totally spurs you on for week 2 great style!!

plus if you're working this week, there's more structure and it'll pass quickly...

difficult to know what to say when you normally sit down for a meal each day....

maybe the ole cuppa soup routine would work.... or feeling a bit sick so not eating for a couple of days... you never know, people might be very supportive, you just don't know do ya.....

Let us know how you get on tomorrow when you come home from work...!

    Good Morning Everyone,

Well you have all sound like had a good(ish) weekend, well done, We all seem to still be here, which is very good news.
My weekend was OK ish, I went out with my mum for dinner, did drink wine, and ate real food, but back on Strawberry tetra for breakfast this monring. I want 3lb this week so I can meet the targets I have set up on Maz's chart (I know its wasn't yours, but you shared it with us, and I am very grateful that you did!)

I've been in the garden most of the weekend, Hubby and Son had a lovely time at Wembley and Son was on TV about 3 times! Really good close ups too! They were both very happy when Everton went through. Coach didn't get back though until about 10 past 1 this morning, so we didn't get to bed until about 2.00am.

Isn't this weather lovely, I even had my legs out whilst doing the garden. They still arent suitable for public exhibition but it was nice to get into some old shorts again!

Heres to a very good Monday Everyone.

    morning CD-ers!!

Alpha - you just need to find a different way to deal with the stress.... for me it's exercise and given your previous gym bunny tendencies maybe it's time to get back to it..... or book yourself some horseriding time....?

something that doesn't involve being at home, i know for me this is my problem time.... i never nibble on the days when i have work followed by runclub followed by home and straighten the house up.... i nibble on the nights i have "free time".......
