I havent actually been able to sit with the family while they've been eating, I've just stayed away. I'm not hungry, so if I did take something, it would just be out of habit wouldnt it. I am very tempted to peek indeed, this is why DH has put the scales in the attick, I am an obesessive weigher aswell when on a diet, one of my biggest downfalls because if the scales dont go the way I want them too I give up.
I did find myself bored earlier and started thinking alot about all the foods I love which then made me sad and then made me hate myself for allowing to get myself into this massive mess. Sigh.

We're bound to have bad times hun. Food has had such a strong hold on us for so long, hasnt it. It's still early days, and cravings will be normal I suppose.
Just remember how bad you felt on Thursday, and how much guts it took just to make the phone call, never mind actually going to meet the CDC.

Yes, we can do it indeed. I really need Friday to come and produce some results for inspiration. I have a slight headache now :-( but then I haven;t drunk anywhere near as much water as I should have today. Iv'e managed 2 lites.0

Awwww thanks hun, It doesn't help that I haven't been out since Thursday really, think I was feeling sorry for myself.....:rolleyes:
I am going to try for 3 liters today I did do 4 :eek: yesterday but I fancy that might be a one off lol0
