  • Hi spud, I been thinking of you today. I;m not doing to bad but I feel drunk. I have only had water and and 2 shakes today so I can't be really drunk lol.

you must be soooooo hungry no wonder with only having 1 shake.

I don't know if you are supposed to evenly space out the meals but I do, I find it helps me plan my day if you know what I mean.

No hun, I've had 2 shakes so far. I'm tall, so have to have 4 each day :D

I'm OK planning during the week, when we have a routine of sorts. At the weekend, everything tends to be a bit more irregular

Sorry to hear you're feeling a bit tipsy. I've just got a headache :o

alpha - come here til i kick your butt!!! a curry is a premeditated thing... :naughty: in future think about a less naughty option at least like a chicken tikka breast starter maybe n some poppadums and salad...did you have rice? naan bread?? and as for other half, he can have his butt kicked too!! he's leading you astray i think, or is it you him! :naughty:

(sorry i'm coming across all righteous!)

Goldie - have a slight tut tut :naughty: but picking is somehow less premeditated as a real meal...

Spud/Lisa - well done on getting thru day 1 and extra points to spud for resisting the company induced snacking/drinking...!!

i've been gooood, hence self righteousness r us, in posts above!!!
I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....

We are both bacl on track, i think the curry was more an emotional thing than a physical thing and we were equally guilty of bieng weak there.
