Yup, we've got to keep trying !!

I'm finding it fine so far. It's still early days though, and I'm back to school tomorrow, so we'll see how I manage there.

I'm scared of the comments and opinions more than anything I think. I might try and keep it to meself for a bit, not sure how

Unfortunately, my fridge etc are still stocked as the kids still have to eat

So does DH, though hopefully not for much longer. He's dead jealous I've been allowed to start and he hasnt :D

Have you got any bars and tetras? they cant really wonder what those are. Besides i am sure that lunch is the only 'meal' you need to conceal from them... why not take a walk at lunch and mix and have your shake while you are out? Or make up a cuppa soup like it is exactly that - a cuppa soup.

no one will notice that way? :)

I didnt buy any tetras, must but them next time. I wont be able to have the bars as they contain peanut oil, and I have a nut allergy

I think the cup a soup method will be the one to use :D

There will undoubtedly be questions, as I usually have my lunch provided for me, but I'll think of something :p

Hiya Lisa. well done so far !! :D

    Im ok this morning

Tisk Tisk Maz, jaffa cakes ;)

i knew you'd pick up on the jaffa cake reference! i suppose i left myself wide open to that one!!

tonight is weigh in and we (as a family) are having an indian, as like it or not, they do get denied some treats cause of my diet... so i shall admit now to planning on having chicken tikka starter with the salad and poppadums n all that guff!!

i do get into the habit of having something nice on weigh in day.... so you can kick my bum if you like, but i probably won't listen! lol! but please keep me on the straight n narrow the rest of the week....

i'm not sure i'll have a loss today... 11lbs in the last 2 weeks, makes me think i'll have a slow week this week... hoping not but won't mind if i do..... well not too much.....
I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....

    Hi everyone

This thread has gone up about 20 pages since Friday. I havent read everything. Hope you are doing ok Lisa and Spud.

I had a crap day yesterday. I was so miserable. All i could think of was food. I didn't have anything though. Feel a lot better today and am glad i didn't stuff myself.

Hope you are all ok !

    WELL DONE WELSH!!

Maz no butt kicking from me, you are making good choices and we are all human. This diet would be impossible (i know some can do it 100%) for me if i couldnt have something sometimes.

I am surprised i have lasted this long (with bits and pieces along the way)

I am hopeing for a good loss this week or at least some inches as i lost no inches last week, let us know how the weigh in goes Maz
