Well, I managed it. I sat with my chicken and mushroom CD soup, while the others ate fish and chips and drank beer. I wasnt at all bothered by the food or beer, but did feel a bit anti social :p

    How are you all doing?

No butt kicking from me Alpha, I'm way to early in my journey to tell anyone off (curry will probably be one of my weaknesses too ;))

I've just had a lovely email from my CDC, checking how I'm doing and if I'm OK. How sweet is that :p

Don't know what has happened to me! I have just picked two slices of ham from the fridge and wolfed them down and then a Nutrigrain bar. Just like that - gone - completely out of control so have got on here quick to read what you are all up to and to stop the binge QUICK! Feel stroppy, its the time of the month and I don't want to be on this poxy diet. Am going to have to sit on my hands!!

  • Awwwwww goldfinch. Don't be mad at yourself. You know what you have done and to be honest it was healthy what you had to eat, if I had had a binge i'd have gone for the whole 18bag of crisps. Just carry on as you normally would and you will be fine. xxxx

  • If it helps I tell myself not to cheat because i'm wasting £40, It works for me because I'm not one to spend money just like that and it makes me feel I need to reward myself with the £40 a week I spend on losing weight and feeling great.

Hi Lisa. Am fine again now, just got in from work and picked! Will forget I had it and pretend I have been a good girl otherwise I will spend the rest of the day beating myself up. Don't want to come out of ketosis and wreck it that's all. Thanks for your kind comments :A here are my angel wings again ha ha!!

    Afternoon :D

I'm struggling a bit this afternoon. I havent had loads of water, because I had to go out this afternoon, walked in Tesco and could smell the fresh bread. It nearly killed be, but DH dragged me away :o

He bought me a magazine to try to keep my mind occupied, and I'm having some water.

Still got 2 shakes/soups to have today. Do they have to be evenly spaced through the day, or can I have a soup then a shake for 'pudd'
