hey sue - i had my legs out at the weekend too.... nothing unusual there when running but i had put some Dove tanning moisturiser on, what great stuff it is!! so they were looking semi presentable!I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0

you could opt for soul source with 200mls of milk which is enough for tea/coffees thru the day... made no difference to losses as far as i can see.......
i am kinda on that option i guess as i never take my tea black... i tried it, but it felt like 1 denial too far if you know what i mean!
My CDC makes up a pint of vanilla shake into a jug each day and she uses it as whitener for her coffee... would be sweet i guess but if you took sweetener you could omit it?I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -

I started on Friday and have had a good weekend - got a bit of a headache but drinking loads of water, feeling optimistic about the week ahead and you guys all seem to have had a good weekend too ...............

Caz - if you go to User CP, which is along the row near the top of the page... you can add an avatar, view other avvies and set up a signature from there.......
btw folks, i have inadvertently credited myself with an extra 1lb lost somewhere along the line... i know it's no biggie,but the eagle eyed among you might spot i've amended my sig, it's only 45 pounds lost... dunno where the extra 1lb came in, but when i go back thru my numbers, it was a bit awry....I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -
I've got some of that tanning moisturiser somewhere - mind you its probably out of date by now.
Maz you are really making me feel like I should start putting some proper exercise into my regime now. I do walk the dog for about 40 mins each day, but could do with doing something more.
OK, I hearby declare that tonight I am going to either do pilates if the tv will work in the spare room, or go on the treadmill for 25 mins.
There you go, I've said it out loud now so will just have to do it.
