not if you eat the brocolli and cheese soup!!
and you've got about 5 inches on me height wise...!! for 16st 8 my bmi was 39-40... i bet yours was much lower due to height...
hope you n lisa have got hand blenders... otherwise i recommend the £5 job from asda.. perfectly suitable.. wouldn't recommend buying a shaker except it's a nice size for hand blending in, but don't bother if you have a suitable container already..........I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -

Oh, we talked about the broccoli and cheese soup. CDC said it's a bit like marmite, you either love it or hate it. I didnt buy any this time, but laughed when she put all my sachets in a broccoli and cheese boxIs it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

My CDC said she doesn;t stock the cheese and broccoli because it is awful, I also left the spicey tom there too as I hate toms they are EVIL. EVIL I tell you.
I had all the rest though. I might start sensible and have a shake I think I will like in the morning. a normal strawberry or banana.0
