    Spud - No gum chewing alowed, i think you can have spray though as long as no citric acid in.

    Maz - is it really tasteless??? I tired psylium husks as recommended on another forum mixed in with shakes... it was VILE :p

    You can get goldspot in the chemist, either as a spray or a dab on your tongue thingy.

    Arrh, dont you just love them.
    Apart from when I've just cleaned up and he starts rolling around the couch and pushes all the cushions on the floor, then wraps himself up in the throw, then brings in all yes all of his toys and spreads them strategically around the living room floor.
    He always does this straight after I clean up.
