Before I got my supply of tetras, I used a water bottle, half filled it with water, took about three weeks gently shaking in the pack and then shock it like mad for a for a few minutes.

Bit fiddly, but did the job just as well.

Me, I'm a 16 bottoms but a 20 top, (its those strapless cossie boobs)

Spud, fibre is if you get a bit of constipation, some people do, I havent had a problem, ketostix are what you dip in urine to see if you are in ketosis, mix a mousse is something you add to the packs to turn them into a mouse, sunshine orange I am guessing is what you can add to water if you don't like your water straight and I have no idea what savoury veg is!

Oh right, ta Alpha. So should I have bought the sticks or anything

They are not essential there are other ways of knowing

    You dont feel hungry anymore
You have a horrible taste in your mouth/bad breath! :)
and also there is app a feeling of happiness/euphoria at somepoint as well... gan you tell i am still waiting on this ;)

You can have water flavour after 2 weeks Lisa you are correct.

Dont by the fiber they say taking senocot etc is better (i have not needed this myself) but dont mistake ont going for constipation (unless there is pain) because you prob will go less often because you are not 'eating'

Lisa the porridge is lovely with sweetener and cinnamon :D

ketostix are good for the first few days cause you're constantly seeking ressurance you're in ketosis...... but they're not vital... you can get them at any pharmacist though, £4.50 ish

fibre is good from day 1 if you can...purely cause the diet can cause constipation as no natural fibre... and prevention is better than cure, trust me!! (laxative anyone??!) Other fibre supplements can be bought from tesco or wherever, as long as they don't have citric acid in them.. so no the orange flavour ones basically.......

neither are essential but fibre is a good thing honestly and it's tasteless in water....
I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....
    (it's part of my charm!)

I'm with you on the porridge Goldfinch, I like my porridge with cream and golden syrup. this stuff is not my idea of porridge.

For fresh breath, I do chew gum, but some CDC's advise against it as it can make you hungry. You can also use Gold Spot.
