I dont have a goal weight, I just want to be slim. Weight doenst mean a lot to me really, its how i look & feel thats important.
I have a problem. My cdc hasnt called me back.,
I started a new job to day and im out on the road all day long. I have no tetras or bars, so today I had to go and buy a chicken shish kebab with lettuce. Left the bread and just ate the chicken & lettuce.
Hope thats oK. Im not out of ketosis as Im not hungry.
I dont know how to handle this from her on in. i wish my cdc would ring me back I only have 4 shakes left. Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

This Ive come to know...

yeah I agree, how I look is what I'm trying to loose weight for!
its not very good that shes not getting back to you, is there any other counsellors in your area? if you still haven't got through to her tomorrow maybe you should split your remaining packs in half and see if you can make them last 2 days if your strong enough to do that(not sure I could!)0 -
yes toots I couldn't sleep cos I'm suffering extremely badly from jetlag
I've spent the last 3 months in america and my body is simply refusing to go back to english time hehe.

Yeah , Ive spoken to her today. She must have not got my message.
Anyway ,another day gone, and shake for breakfast, and then  half a chicken salad wrap from sainsburys ( utterly vile). Its just problematic in my job as today I was on the road from 10.30 till 3.50. I was in the van with a brand new colleague and I just couldnt say about the CD! So Ive had a ashake befroe and another one before bed.
Anyway Im taking a cottage cheese salad tomorrow, in the cool bag with plenty of water and that will do for being on the road, and Im going to see CDC tomorrow evening. When I'll do shakes for the evening adn then back to normality! You just cant do the CDC if you are disorganised!!
Oh well shouldnt have made too much difference, my trousers are headed into the charity shop bag now, wont be needing these size 14s much longer. :T:T  :T:T
Its been 2 weeks adn a day since I last saw her Hopefully she wont recognise me:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

I don't get jetlag from the States any more, I cracked it!
I do a lot of work in the USA
So how is the Cambridge going?0 -
yeah I was working at a summer camp for 2 months and then went travelling, luckily managed to only put on 3 lbs the whole time I was there, tried sticking to w.w but had to just work it around my lifestyle and then when I got back I was really annoyed with myself for not using the oppurtunity to go away for 3 months and come back looking a lot slimmer! which is why I decided to start c.d.
anyway thats my rant over hehe, c.d is going ok c n q however the last few mornings my weight seems to be showing as the same which I thought was strange cos its my first week so shouldn't be plateauing yet, but I did come on my period yesterday so am hoping that has something to do with it?!
any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I am now down 4lbs making a grand total of 42lbs in 7 weeks.

Cambridge is just so very easy and so fast at shedding weight it is incredible.
I gained weight dramatically when I took ill, two years ago now, whilst waiting for a diagnosis so that I could start some treatment. I have been really well since about the beginning of May this year and so began the quest to lose weight.
I have a long way to go yet - probably around 100 more.
I don't know what lower weight would suit me nowadays.
The last time I was down to my BMI of 25 - and I was about 18 - I was painfully thin and looked ill. I have a large skeletal frame, even the Orthopaedic Surgeon has said that, so the BMI of 25 is too small for me. I am going to aim at 27 and see what I look like, basically!
I am just enjoying the journey for now. I swim three times per week but have decided that I am going to swim every day Monday-Friday since I can't do much else.
I have Friday and Saturday night away. So, today and tomorrow I am doing AAM, then Friday, Saturday and Sunday I am doing 790 but without the milk, then back to the straight and narrow on Monday! I have a meal on Friday night and a Dinner on Saturday night, which I needed to work around ahead of time. It will be no problem at all!! I can only drink water due to the medicaation I take, so alcohol is just about out. I may have half a glass of white wine and just have a couple of sips to say I have taken part!
Now for the next milestone on my Cambridge journey!0 -
excellent news C&Qm, you ae doing really well.
I saw my cdc last night, Im 10s 5 now ( probably due to the chicken wrap etc and bits of other nibbles. )
Today im back on it with vengeance, CDC reckons I should AAM till I go away, which suits me fine. then 790 the week before I leave. 3 weeks today we'll just be arriving
You never know your luck - you might get to see a bikini snap when I get back:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

I agree it is down to the individual to decide what BMI they want to reach. My CDC says that her counsellor was really strict and insisted that she needed to get down to a BMI of 23 to allow a little leeway for special occasions when you're expected to eat and drink. My CDC however decided to stop because she was happy at her weight before she'd even got down to a BMI of 25 - she feels comfortable how she is and certainly doesn't look overweight. Thankfully she's said that it's down to what I consider healthy for me.
I'm also going to see what I look like and just make a judgement when I'm nearer to the 25 BMI. I do think a little extra weight can look better as you get older - when I was younger people used to say I was a strip of wind (although I always thought I was fat - looking back I must have been mad).
I agree with this totally, and this relaiance on the BMI to me seems a bit hevy- its the only donwer of cambridge IMO .
As it is, I reckon Ill look perfect (well apart from needing some new threadsnot moneysaving LOL) in what I reckon is a few 1lbs time. I dont want to be a "strip of wind" ( love that) Im naturally quite curvaceous, I have wide hips a small waist and im quite busty-ish too. We'll see. I have no qualms in when the time is right for me moving up he plans. I would have liked I think to go onto 790 in a way, but then the cheating and nibbling - I havent exactly cracked it yet, so will do me mentally more good to stay disciplined.
Anyway, another good day, not quite as much water as i should have had, which isnt good - it really is difficult gluigging away whilst driving a transit :rotfl::beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most?
