aww thanks
I dont feel well tho, so Ive eaten a couple of spoonfuls of cottage cheese. the dog is hassling me to go out but I dont fele up to it.
I wonder why I feel like this - i sually feel briliant. Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

Hope you are feeling better today - you have done so well so far - you are nearly there - just hang in there a little longer!0

Im feeling better - thanks
yesterday was hard. this I think was the upshot of not drinking enough water a few days ago and it coming for me!
I ate half a tub of cottage cheese. And had an extra couple of tablespoons of veg with my meal. Not the end of the world but I felt SO much better for it!
on the plus side, I went to the docs this moring for something unrelated, spotted the scales and said "can I jsut have a quick go" of course she said, and I was thrilled to see that Im today 10 stone 1. WOOOO HOOOO!!
So ive done about a litre and a half so far today an I do feel quite a bit better. I have some emergency cottage cheese in the fridge downstairs at work, so if it comes to it I know it wont kill me to have a couple of spoonfulls.
Ive just looked on the BMI calculator, and its saying to me my BMI is 26.64.
and im already in the healthy range. Really amazing as I was borderline obese jsut a few weeks ago.
Still looks like ive got a fair amount to lose tho, adn i can certainly do with tightening up my muscles soon. Im going to wait until im doing at least 790 tho before joining a gym -dont want to collapse! Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Good to hear it!
I find that even doing 30 mins of swimming makes me really tired, but I am still doing SS.
I nearly fell off the wagon myself last night but since there was no food in the house other than my Cambridge packs I just had to work through it.
Going out with b/f on Saturday again and have decided on a salad to keep me on the straight and narrow.0 -
C&Q when you nearly fell off yesterday, was it duie to huinger, or more emotional eating? Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

hi everyone, I've been reading this thread for a couple of weeks now and as I am finally back off holiday I have my first meeting with my c.d counselor tonight and will hopefully be starting tomorrow!
haven't had any time apart from today to start de-carbing though so will be expecting crazy headaches for a while!
I've already lost 6 stone following w.w but its coming off too slowly for me so want to get rid of this last 3 1/2 stone quick!
how much does everyone else have to loose?

I probably only have about half a stone to lose now, maybe A bit more. Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

tofu is soya protein, I normally eat it in stir frys, it doesn't really taste of much to be honest but maybe with the other things you'll get some flavour out of it!
just got back from my first meeting, really excited to start tomorrow!

i agree, with cjc , it doesnt really taste of anything. When Ive used it before, Ive put it in chinese soups like hot & sour. However, I dont think we can have any of those ingredients, apart from prawn and tofu & water :rotfl:
personaly, Id save it. Or ask on OS if they know of any way to flavour it ( it does take flavours well) using any of our permitted ingredients? Wonder whether if you stirfried it with a bit of curry poweder it might be OK?
Ive been on AAM for 3 weeks now, and ive had the same thing every day for tea. 2x mini chicken fillets, about 1/4 courgette cut into chips & griddled and a few mushrooms sliced and pan fried in water. I occasionally have cottage cheese instead of the chicken.
Cottagecheese watch - the sainsburys one is really nice, but the tesco one as an overwhleming taste of vinegar. avoid buying this if you can but something better!
Moneysaving watch - spinach is half price in tescos at the mo, if you are not growing your own:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
