Hi Annzi, Thank you so much for the advice. How are you doing on the diet now?
I'm glad that am an inspiration to you that's a lovely thing to say. :)
I got to admit though i had a drink at the weekend and i won't be doing it again, i was terribly sick yesterday throwing up a lot of the day. bet you that's not much of an inspiration ha ha.
I've decided I'm not going to be doing that again and I'm going out with some friends tomorrow for Patrick day and just going to drink water.
I've been feeling really hungry the past couple of days i just want a sausage butty :(
I'm going to keep on my toes and be strong because I'm not far off my first target.& if i do anything i'll regret it, i get weighed on friday so fingers crossed for the results. despite me being a bit naughty.
    Good luck x x x

    Hi Faye
You have done so well. wow a stone in 4 weeks.
I sympathise with you as you are so young and of course you are gonna want to go out and have fun.
I think that women tend to loose weight differently throughout a month. I know when I've dieted before on weight watchers there was always one week a month that I didn't loose...or didn't loose as much. I always put it down to my period coming. Don't loose faith you've done so well you should be proud of yourself. I'm new to this thread too I've only been doing CD for 3 days so this is all new to me, but listening to you about your weight lose is an inspiration, keep in touch this thread will help you along the way. Take care xxx:cool:

    Hey Vickster, thankyou so much.
I'm half a stone off my first target i want to lose about two to three stone more. I'm going to see how happy i feel with myself.
I'm a yo-yo dieter myself been on and off weight watchers i lost two stone on it when i was younger and piled it all back on hence why am doing this. Thanks so much for the advice it has woke me up that i shouldnt cheat by drinking alcohol haha. I'm not going to as i have learnt my lesson, and will feel much better when i know am getting skinnier. Yes it's very hard when your friends are having fun but i went out last week and drank water all night and still had the same amount of laughs. That was an achivement because i do love the occasional drink, but with me cheating on Saturday and being sick yesterday am not going to be drinking alcohol while am on this diet anytime soon.
I will be moaning quite alot as i am so tempted to have something to eat i've been feeling really hungry the last couple of days, i may have a tin of tuna later on with some lettuce to keep me going.
Keep in touch and take care x x x

Hi Anzi - I had the oriental chilli soup the other night but really disliked it, urgghh not my cup of tea at all - unfortunatley it didn't have the same affect on me as it did you LOL.

Hiya Faye - welcome - I can sympathise with you about being out with your mates while they're all drinking and eating yummy foods and you're having to be restrained - the thing is, you've just got to think to yourself, it's not forever and it will SO be worth it. I'm 28 and I've spent the last 8 years yo-yo-ing with my weight. So nearly the whole of my 20's have been spent on a diet or being miserable because I wasn't on a diet and was piling on the weight....I know it's hard now, but you'll be so much happier (and probably healthier) when you've lost the weight you want to loose.

I'm a super social person and if my partner and I aren't out with friends, then I'm out with my girlfriends, having dinner, going out dancing/drinking - so at the moment I am finding it a bit of a struggle but I know it will be worth it. I know it's easier said than done but stick with it - you can always come on here and have a moan or look for inspiration - everyone is really friendly and at the end of the day, we're all in the same boat!

How much more have you got to loose - do you have something to aim for?

    Hey Faye

Your post made me giggle about your hangover. I'm so surprised with myself that I haven't caved in and had a vino or vodka yet...although saying that I'm only on day 11 ! I've got a romantic weekend away with my OH (if he stops being such an a**) at the end of March so that really will be a test !

I'm out with the girls on Thursday to our local pizza lounge bar - my plan is to turn up late (just as everyone has started their food) that way I can just stick to my water. I know I'll still have a good night as the girls are so entertaining - but I haven't told them all that I'm doing the CD as I know a couple of them will be very disapproving and I don't want to have to justify myself.

    Mrs T - well done on your 3lb loss - that's wicked.

Welsh Cake - how did you get on this evening - whatever the result, we're all 100% behind you !

    Hi
I weighed in last night and lost 9lb! Gonna give it another week with just drinking the shakes and see how I feel.

    :T :T :T :T well done welshy!!!

I think when you have incredible loss like that, you kinda get inspired to keep going... i'm sure i said i would struggle and "do one more week" and here i am 8 weeks in and 2 stone gone and i do not want to give it up anytime soon... i do struggle at times, but i feel the losses are worth the struggle and it definitely gets easier...

I'm nowhere the end, probably a third to half way, but i'm already worrying about maintainence, as to put it all on again would be a disaster, not least of al cause i'm selling all my size 20 jeans on Ebay! lol!!

Yes I agree - if I hadn't lost that amount then I think I would have packed it in.
I worry about how I am going to keep it off too, but to be honest, although I miss the fatty foods, I would be more than happy to tuck into a salad now. Are you exercising at all? I haven't had the energy this week, but think I am going to start going round the block once a night.
