Just got back from my weigh in. Not great for me this week Im afraid. I lost 1/2 a lb. It's my TOTM and I feel really bloated. My CDC told me it affects different women in different ways, some see no difference to there loss, and others (like me unfortunately) have a bag loss that week. Im also craving everthing in sight, so Im having a weekend where I say in, so Im not tempted. So far I havent cheated and don't want to start now.

Let's hope next week is more impressive. I'm still happy to have lost 15.5lbs in less than 3 weeks. I have also got 4 tetra brix with my purchases this week, to try during work, hopefully it'll be easier than faffing on with my shaker.

  • Catty dont worry about your lack of loss, I used to be like that when I did WW but then the following week did well, Keep going it will be worth it what I use to do when I got like that was get the equivilant weight in either sugar or if you really want to keep on track Lard YUCK! and look at what you have got rid of so far then put it in a bag and carry it around with you for just 10 mins and then see how you feel.
We are all there for you.:T :T :T

Thanks! I have stuck to the diet religiously so TOTM can hopefully be the only thing that's wrong this week. Hoping for a nice noticeable loss next week :)

Hi Catty - don't worry about it, I'm positive on your next weigh-in you'll have a substantial loss, pesky TOTM SO annoying !

    hi all -

huggy! well done on 6.5lbs! that's great!

Catty - to get any kind of loss is a positive thing, especially at TOTM, so please be positive and celebrate the loss!! Especially as you know you never cheated, it can only be down to the period so you can do no more.... here's hoping for a stonking big loss next time!!!

I've not been very good this weekend, on friday night me and my DD sat and had a party plate thing of peppers, pickled onions, cheese, pineapple, beetroot and a bag of plain crisps with dip... really naughty!!

Did a 5 mile run and was at the gym on saturday so hoping that i have burned it off as fuel for the run, but still unhappy, as it has made me nibbly feeling all weekend.... wierdly enough i didn't seem to come out of ketosis!

Back on the wagon proper today and weigh in is not until thursday night so plenty of time to lose a little... i don't seem to have gained aynthing thankfully......

made roast dinner for everyone yesterday, it didn't even occour to me that i was missing out or that i would want some, but then i confess to nicking a yorkshire pudding! (i blame chris evans on radio 2, he's been talking about them all week!!!)

    Hi everyone.
It my first time being weighed tonight since last Monday. I am dreading it!
I have probably had one of the hardest weeks of my life this week-feeling dizzy, lack of energy, pictures of food in my mind !
Anyways, I will let you know how I get on later. I hope I have lost quite a bit, because if I don't then I think I will just lose all faith in this diet and go back to eating again. I really can't face another week like this one if it hasn't paid off.

Had my first wi and I lost 7.5lbs :j

Very pleased with that. Feeling great today, my belt does up on the next notch comfortably and I feel very positive about the future.
