Hope you feel better soon Maria x0

Thanks everyone, am sporting very attractive red eyes and flaky nose at the moment! Really struggling with the diet today as I've been off work and very sorry for myself and really wanted to eat rubbish all day. Have managed to resist other than eating a couple of inches of cucumber, which I'm hoping won't cause too many problems. I must of opened my kitchen cupboards a 100 times today looking at my sons crisps and biscuits and fantasising about stuffing my face! MUST stay strong for weigh in on weekend though x0

Hi ladies, hope you're all well? I have been off CD for months now. I went from a size 16 to a size 8/ 12.3 stone to 9.2 stone, which was fantastic.
However due to the change in weather I have just been eating loads lately! I have gone up to 9.7 (5.9 in height) and I know that is a good weight with a good BMI, but I can just see myself slipping, so I am going back on CD next week! Luckily my CDC knows me personally so the BMI thing won't be a problem. I just want to get down to a good goal weight (around 8st12) and then maintain with healthy eating again, as I always feel so grateful for being to eat normal food that I don't get tempted by crisps! So i'm just going to do 2 weeks SS and hopefully give myself a kick up the bum!
I still read this thread even though i'm not on CD, but now i'm going back, i'll be back! C'nQ, you're a definate inspiration. After reading all this, I went on and lost all that weight, and now I have a bit of a budding modelling career going on. So thank you!0 -
Hi. Maria you hang in there. Don’t listen to those crisps or chocolate they are wicked and no good for you. You should not go anywhere near them they are a bad influence – Lol!!
Hope your cold is better and keep strong

You should be able to shift 4 stones in 3 months or thereabouts.
Focus on the main goal and go for it.
Remember that it is only temporary, that you aren't depriving yourself you are simply getting the weight off in the best way possible.
Hope all goes well for you

Just wanted to say that I'm feeling much better and that the cordial in hot water was really soothing aislinn, so thanks for the tip. Have managed not to eat any chocolate or crisps yet, but still worried about the weigh in on Sunday as I really don't feel like I've shifted the stodge from last weekends family party.
Does anyone have any tips for staying motivated and not giving in to food cravings x0 -
Glad you are feeling better Maria
Keep focussing on the end result and it will keep you motivated
Make a list of all the reasons you are wanting to lose weight and keep looking at it.
For cravings. Sit yourself down and close your eyes. See yourself looking in a full length mirror as you are now and then as you wish to be, make it very vivid in your mind. Notice every part of your body.
Then keep changing the clothes, see yourself as you want to be, see yourself in different outfits, see yourself slender, happy and relaxed and in all those new clothes. Stay there for as long as you wish, then open your eyes.
It really does work!!0 -
