  • My goodness it is so cold here!

We haven't had snow - yet - but it is about 3C today brrrrrrrrr

No need for ketosis cold! We have it anyway

Thank goodness for electric blankets and bedsocks!

The diet is going really well. Got a friend involved now, he starts tomorrow, finally.

Getting dark already, which is the part I really don't like.

Hope everyone is being CD good
  • Hi,
I bought 5 bulk tins of the cambridge diet from America because I just couldn't afford to pay that amount each week.
I have to say that I've realised I can't do this liquid thing so if anyone wants to buy them from me please feel free to make me an offer.
2 x 703g tins of of dutch chocolate and Banana cream shake mixes
3 x 640g tins of of potato, mushroom, and chicken soup mixes
All have been opened and tried once apart from the Mushroom soup.

I've only had them for three days and only used them twice.

I did the Atkins diet two years ago and lost 4 stone in two months but when I stopped I put the weight back on and more and in different places!!
The Atkins diet only seems to work once as I've tried again and again but nothing happens now.
  • The tins of the American Cambridge Diet are a totally different formula to our UK Cambridge Diet - they are a lot higher in carbs and protein

Hi all, looking for a bit of advice. I have tried CD and while it's a great plan, it's just not for me.

Problem is I have about 30 soups and 10-15 bars I'm not going to use which is a fair bit of cash, am I allowed to sell them on Ebay or somewhere?

Any help would be appreciated, could be an extra few Xmas pressies!
I can't look into the future, but the futures where I'm walking to
  • Hi Carla, as far as I know you cannot sell Cambridge products on EBay. I think it’s due to fraudulent behaviour of some unscrupulous people.

I don’t think there is any reason why you cannot sell them on here though. It may be best to do a face to face sale so that the buyer can check that the products are genuine – I wish I lived near by. Hope you mange to sell them.

Sorry no it is not permitted.

Cambridge were concerned about people being able to buy the products whom were not overweight and without the necessary supervision for the diet
  • Anyone here hoping to go to the Cambridge Conference on 6th December?

  • Going to have some new photos taken on Wednesday.

I am shrinking at a rate of knots - need to see what I look like now.

It is true that the closer you get to your goal the bigger the difference that even 7lbs makes to the way you look and to the fit of your clothes.

    Be CD good x
  • Hi everyone - can I join in on this thread? I am going to be on this forum a bit more now as we are going through a DMP and really sorting out our finances. I have been doing Cambridge diet since July. Having a short break and will be back on it on 15th November. Will need all the help I can get!

So far I have lost about 3 stone - had lost 3.5 stone but the weight has crept on a bit since I haven't been so good the last couple of weeks. Can't wait to get back on it again! x
  • Well done on the success to date!

Hope all goes well for your restart x
