Hi I have read somewhere that it is possible to drink hot stock as an alternative to water or tea and coffee. Could anyone give me any details? I'm still on Sole Source so don't know if that mkes a difference to me having it or not?
Thanks.
Hope everyone is doing well!
Marigold Bouillon but only 1 teaspoon per day due to the salt content. That applies to the CD Savoury Drink mix too.
Do try Redbush Tea as it is wonderful!

Good afternoon everyone,
Hope everyone is on track this week. Just had my WI and another 4lbs lost (57lb in total) and my BMI has gone from 38 to 28 now!! Absolutely over the moon! 28lbs to go to target.
Just a quick question - I've bought some porridge again this week after seeing a post saying you added cinnamon - how much did you use if you don't mind me asking and does it have an effect on ketosis?
Also, I've been introducing a meal and I've made home made soup with split peas, ham, carrot, swede and potatoes. Do you think I'd be allowed a small bowl if I take out the ham and potatoes?
Keep on track everyone and here's to a great weight loss for everyone.LBM 1st May 2012 £53,839
Current debt balance April 2017 £24,427:eek:

I just wonder if anyone could help with getting your head around the weight loss. I know that I've lost weight, have gone a dress size and people have noticed, but in some ways I feel that my stomach is as big as ever. I think its because for years I was in denial about how huge it was and now that I've forced myself to confront it I'm feeling quite disgusted with how far I let myself go rather than focusing on how well I've done! x
Hi Maria, glad to here that you survived a cold on CD.
I’m a gym junkie and whilst I have toned up everywhere my stomach has never quite made it. I was always told by gym staff that for a lot of women it’s the last place to loose weight from and the last place to tone.
It could also look bigger because the rest of you is smaller.
I always have a problem with my boobs my back gets smaller but my cup size doesn’t!!

Juwst got weighed and lost another 3lbs so have lost 26lbs in 4 weeks, so am very pleased! This week though we have to go to 810 for a week before we go back to sole source. Am a little bit worried about this as am worried that once I start eating I won't be able to stop! Also how much weight do you lose a week when you start adding calories, and am I likely to feel more hungry because I won't be in ketosis?0
