Well done on your losses to date!
Being ill makes us retain water which would account for the 1lb loss.
Onwards and upwards, drink plenty of water and just keep going!0 -
Thanks C' n' Q, I've drank 3 litres of water today and just used a ketostix and is dark red!!! Don't understand how I can be dehydrated when I've drank 3 litres?
Anyway, been really good today - stuck to my bar and tetra's so I'm back on track.
Medication finishes on Tuesday so hopefully that will get me back to normal.
Hope everyone has a great weekend, and thanks for being there when I need help/inspiration!LBM 1st May 2012 £53,839

Don't worry about the sticks - have known folks to be showing 'dehydrated' when they were on 4/5L per day!
I have never bothered using them at all0 -
Have a good weekend everyone – it’s always my worst time.
I think I have now found a way to get through this – porridge!! Its brilliant I’ve been having it for breakfast and tea so I’ve now run out and need to see my CD for some more……….god bless that person who invented them, lol!!

I pay £40 a week (3 CD meals a day) but it's very much dependant upon what your CDC wants to charge. I know someone who pays £44 for the same amount.LBM 1st May 2012 £53,839
