I'm back again just to say that I went from size 20 to size 10 in 5 month (5 stone) off. I have maintained since May 2008 and now..............i'm pregnant!!!! - i've got rid of all my big clothes and replaced them with small clothes and now i'm going to have to get some big clothes again!

I will certainly be turning back to CD to shed any excess baby weight! I'm just so pleased that baby will have a healthy mummy thanks to CD!

Are you entering the slimmer of the year competition? Well worth entering & the Cambridge Conference is just brilliant. Your CDC should have recently received the entry forms....go for it!
I was the lucky Counsellor last year who got to accompany my lady who won Slimmer of the Year & we had a week in Vietnam along with Chris the Cambridge PR guy! Hubby's had a week off to look after the children!!!

Tracey was my inspiration for Cambridge in the first place!

My CDC wants to enter me but I am not too sure about the whole thing.

Hi everyone, I am on week two of the CD and I must thank all of you for it. I have been reading this forum since I started and you are all inspiration for me!!
I lost 6lb on the first week and hope to loose another 6lb on week two. I have been going to the gym every evening to hopefully achieve that…
I’ve still got 1 stone to go though..
I’ve been having coke zero and sparkling water, I also had a can of redbull no sugar the other night, I read through the ingredients and there was no citric acid, so hopefully that was ok… what do you all think?

My counsellor said it was okay to have milk in my coffees but from reading this, it seems some may not advise this? I'd be grateful if anyone has anyinfo or comments about this. Thanks

Yes, you can have milk on the SS+ plan. 200mls milk, 4 CDs. It's a great plan. Losses are similar to SS:j

Hope today is going well for you :)

Fantastic losses :j Watch out at the gym. Best not to do too much until you go up the plans...then you can really go for it towards maintenance time :)

It isn't allowed on Cambridge. Some people try it and find it's okay...others find it causes problems. If possible, try to do without. A good alternative is the sparkling water and CD water flavourings, but still only 1 teaspoon a day of the powder from week 3

I have seen some 'receipes' for the shake mixes for muffins etc, do you know if there worth trying? I don't want to waste a shake if they taste horrible!

Sorry to be a party pooper, but the muffins, crisps and fudge etc aren't allowed on Cambridge because of the microwaving rules. Need all the vits and minerals and microwaving for that length of time can destroy some.

    Sorry :(

  • Hi, I'm on my 2nd day of the cambridge diet and doing well so far. I've got one problem, the headache. I can't shift it. I keep drinking water and I've not had anything else to eat or drink and it still won't go.has anyone got any tips?

What sort of problems? I just really love having some coke zero as it feels like I;m having a break from the diet.
