Hi,

I went to see the CDC and got my supplies. She was really nice. :beer:

I have a BMI of 30 and need to get to 25.

I was going to start it yesterday but I have a curry night planned for today and no other plans after that so I am doing the low carb prep until the morning and will start it then.

In a strange way I am looking forward to it.

I will update tomorrow by means of a diary.

Does anyone know if the CD and herbalife shapeworks are one of the same? I'm sure I read somewhere that shapeworks is the USA name for the cambridge diet.

First of all the USA Cambridge Diet is not the same as the UK Cambridge Diet.

The UK Cambridge Diet is marketed in the USA as the Success Diet.

Herbalife Shapeworks has no association with UK or USA Cambridge as far as I am aware
