To point me in the right direction etc.
Just want a bit of advice on healthy eating really, I'm guessing (hoping!) that they'll be happy to do that.
I really want to keep this weight off! And any advice I can get I shall grab with both hands0 -
Hello all, been a while since I've been on with an update. Into week five now and lost 24lbs!! Can't believe it! I can tell by my clothes, my stomach and my bust, it's made such a difference already.
I've had a few social events over the last few weeks and I've still managed to lose weight so I'm really pleased with myself. Also going from having a glass of wine a night to no alcohol for 5 weeks has been a breeze and my skin is so much healthier for it!
Roll on the next few months and here's to a size 10 (at the very least).
Congrats to everyone on their weight loss to date as well:jLBM 1st May 2012 £53,839
Current debt balance April 2017 £24,427:eek:

Hi I know that I cannot do SS post operation for 3 months but am I able to do other stages of it – like 810 or something?

Hi Everyone
I've just been reading all of your comments and feel very inspired. I started CD yesterday and have been looking for something like just this. You all seem so positive and it's good to see long term CDers here to give hope for the future. Good Luck to everyone! I look forward to hearing your stories.

Thanks C&Q, I was hoping that I could do something miraculously I haven’t gained what I lost on the CD but I’m sure that I will start gaining soon.
