  • I have to have surgery but probably when I am on maintenance, at least I am planning it that way.
  • Thank you Aislinn!
Day 3 now and all going well. I also started posting on the Cambridge site that C&Q suggested. It looks really good and the support from everyone is great.
I have only told my boyfriend, my best mate and my Mum that I'm doing the diet as I can't be doing with criticism from people. It will just bring me down and I will probably just fail.
I want this to be the last time in my life that I diet, failure is not an option so I just need positive people around me who don't mind me obsessing about my diet to stay focused. Lol.
Wishing you all luck in your journeys to finding the new you!!

    I feel really awful :(

I think it's because of moving from 3 shakes to 2, I feel really weak (can barely lift my arm) and now when I'm due for a meal I get shaky (like, low blood sugar shaky) and really fatigued :(
Like an hour ago I got shaky and really tired and weak, I could barely get downstairs for food and thought I was going to fall :o

Did you get that on 1000 CnQ?

    No, nothing like that

Are you spacing your meals out properly?

It sounds like a drop in blood-sugar levels to me.

  • Hey guys, after being a "lurker" here for a very long time, i finally thought it was time to actually register so i can post and hopefully get support from you guys....not so sure i can do it alone...

I have about 2 1/2 - 3 stone to go.... i've already lost 25 lbs on Cambridge in the last 6 weeks, but for the last 3 weeks i've lost the plot and am back to my old habits of binge eating... the thing is, i'm good all day and it gets to 9ish at night when i finish my job (second job !) and i feel the need to "treat" myself ! I know it has to stop, because its not making me happy at all ! The trouble is am 32, single and enjoy going out on the odd Saturday night for a drink with my friends.... they always say never going to meet anyone if you don't get out and about:rotfl:

Look forward to chatting with you guys....will attempt to sort out my profile¬
  • already i'm stuck...how do i edit my profile??
