Yay
I've given away all my size 16 stuff, so I can't ever wear it again
I know what you mean about having no recollection about buying something
Sometimes I just discover something in my drawers that I'm sure I've never seen before!

Have been at it again this morning.
The Sunday newspaper didn't arrive until Noon so I had to find something to do.
Am in a clearing out/throwing out mood right now so everything will go!0 -
CnQ - I don't suppose you could do me a huge favour?
I can't find my yellow booklet anywhere and wanted to move up to 1200 tomorrow while I'm away so I can have half a pint on an evening, to be social
Could you list the meals etc? I'd be doing the 150 cal breakfast option, and I know what those breakfasts are.
Just need the order and example lunches/evening meals.
Would I be OK to deviate from plan a bit as long as I have a 300cal lunch and 300cal dinner?
Or maybe I should just do 1000 and have a bit more protein at lunch and a 100 cal snack?
Help!

Has anyone had any success doing the cambridge diet - I know all the negative crash dieting stuff but sometimes desperate measures call for desperate times.
It is £35per week so not cheap - or money saving!
What I am really after is honest experiences really.
Thanks - lisa0 -

Your opinion though;)
Why not try Slimming World. I lost over a stone on their regime and you honestly never need to go hungry and it's a good healthy regime. The ideal weight loss is 1/2lb per week and depending how much you need to lose.
I do agree that if you do a diet such as WW, SW etc, 1/2lb a week loss sounds sensible enough otherwise you risk losing lean massI've heard of many people who do these instant liquid diets and put the weight straight back on afterwards. You're not learning how to change your eating habits and that's what's important. .
Are you sure you know what the Cambridge diet entails? It sounds like you imagine it to be just a liquid meal replacement? Cambridge does include foods on most of it's plans and if you do chose the liquid option, then you need to move onto the cambridge GI plans before you finish the 'diet'.
Just a little confused with your reply.
Best of luck with SW though. I did that. Did brilliantly. Lost 6 stone. Unfortunately I put it all back on:( Not SW fault...just mine:o
Not this time. This time, post Cambridge, it's staying off!:DCambridge Weight Plan Consultant0
