    Wooo go you! :D

I just wasn't very hungry yesterday, which is funny since I'm not in ketosis anymore :p

Just realised I don't quite have enough packs for this week so I'll have to move up to 1000 on Wednesday instead of Thursday, oops :o

I eat most of my calories throughout the day normally, but yesterday I was only awake for 12 hours after waking up too late.

And I couldn't do without my 10pm snack!

    Hi All

WELL DONE to you all for what you have achieved in the last few weeks!!

Just returned from 2 weeks in sunny Spain and have been catching up on whats been going on, on the site. Well I've just spent two weeks eating and drinking what ever I wanted as I had lost 18lbs in the 5 weeks before I went away.

Needless to say I will have put quite a bit back on so I am really looking forward to getting back into CD again (I couldnt believe how well my nails were growing before I went away, and they were so strong). I start back to work tomorrow and was going to try to plan it so that my first 2/3 days (the days of hell) are on Fri, Sat and Sun. So I was going to cut out my carbs until friday then go back onto SS but reading some of your comments I was wondering if I should give one of the other stages a try. Do you have to do SS to get you into ketosis first before you move up the plan?

I did manage the SS OK ish but I would have loved to have had Skimmed milk in my tea or a meal to look forward to when I got home. Can you have that meal during the day instead of in the evening? Its awful at work when everyone is eating at lunchtime and I just have a tomato soup. (even if I could eat a few oat cakes with low fat cottage cheese I would be happy.

Any advice would be greatfully received.

I always have my SS+ or 790 meal at lunchtime - very rarely at night.

It does help having it then

    Wow:eek: That's fantastic! Well done.

2nd week for me and I've lost another 6lbs this week so thats a stone in 2 weeks! Also lost another 5 inches in total - 11 inches since I started and I can tell with my clothes now!

This weeks going to be difficult as I have a wedding on Saturday but my CDC told me just to go and enjoy myself. I'm not going to drink so that will help and I'll be careful what I eat but I feel like I'm cheating myself by eating .......silly I know but I'm enjoying the diet and the weight loss so I know I won't lose as much next week.

    Never mind - I've lost a stone so I'm happy about that.:T

Last Thursday (5 days ago) I started the Lipotrim diet through a local pharmacy, which is the same sort of thing to CD. I weighed myself this morning and had lost 13lbs in 5 days which was great. The only downside is that Lipotrim is boring as there are only 4 flavours and they're not that nice.

So, tonight I went to my local CD counsellor and tomorrow I'm starting the CD. I'm really excited about all the different flavours and don't know which one to have first. I also got given a fantastic recipe sheet which shows you all different things to do with your shakes to make things like muffins, biscuits and even poppadoms.

Very excited here, can you tell =O)

    Hehe.
Have a good first day :)

Apparently the flavours are nicer on CD, and we also have premade shakes which are handy during the day :)

Well it's my WI tomorrow and so far I've lost nothing!
Those 2 lbs I lost, have crept back on
I can't work out why, other that I've started 810 this week.

So unless I drop a few lbs overnight..!

Started 1000 today and have just had (cause I didn't have brekkie when I was meant to!)

Poached egg on toast!

I didn't realise how much I missed eggs until now :p
I know what I'm having for breakfast every day now! :D
In fact, I didn't realise how much I missed toast either!
  • Going to Ayr for the weekend and it is forecast to be a sunny weekend!

Am really going to enjoy the break.

Have lost another 2lbs this morning so am going to be good whilst I am away.
