  • We aren't supposed to swap the skimmed milk for semi due to the fat content but do have a look at the fat/cal conversions to see if it would be possible perhaps.

You can have 150g of plain fat-free yoghurt in place of the skimmed milk, though, or have half and half of each.

Add a tiny amount of CD water flavouring to the yoghurt for a fruity flavour

Oooh, I hadn't thought about flavouring the yoghurt.
Should I get live yoghurt? Or does it not matter as long as its low fat/calorie?

Mmmm - just had fish poached in (skimmed!) milk with broccoli.
Then I drank the rest of the milk :p tasted a bit weird, heh.
  • The yoghurt has to be fat-free - I have had live yoghurt when I was on 790

    Enjoy it!

    Mmmm!
Mixed my yoghurt with summer berry flavouring, tried it and it was a bit sharp, so I crushed a sweetener into it - looovely!

I know what my nightly 'treat' will be until I'm off the diet... and maybe after too!
Soo much healthier and nicer than all the other yoghurts I've ever had!

Thanks a LOT for that idea CnQ :)
(Tried it without flavouring/sweetener and it was horrible, hahaha.)

    I'm loving 810!
I have sooo much food to eat, if I'm thinking 'I'd quite like some food...' there's always some of my daily allowance I can have!
I can now have 2 meals a day (I'm going to split my protein cause I'd be stuffed otherwise!) along with breakfast and a late night snack and a random soup/shake at 4pm when I get in, AND a lovely berry yoghurt :D

Oh, I'm never going to train myself to eat 3 meals a day. Hah.

    Hey. Guess what?

    3 years at goal today:j

Lost all my excess with the Cambridge diet. Spent 35+ years dieting. Done them all and never even reached goal, let alone maintained.

So, just wanted to say, those people who reckon that you'll put it all back on when you lose it fast.

    They are wrong
    !

BTW. 1lb under goal this morning:j

    I am soooo tired today.

The weather is awful for a start. With the stresses of last week my RA is flaring.

    What happened to Summer??????

Aww CnQ, hope it gets better soon.

The weather has been fairly poor here too today.
So I've stayed indoors all day :p

Was feeling a bit depressed yesterday as I'd lost nothing for a few days, but weighed myself this morning and I've lost 2lbs, so I'm quite happy :)

I've got 5 hours to fit in 2 CD meals and a chicken salad and some yogurt
I have no idea how to do it!
I have to eat TOO MUCH food on 810 :p
  • Well done on the 2lbs!

Yes the 810 is a lot of food! When I have Quorn on 790 I have to have it in two meals.
Sometimes I miss out the yoghurt altogether.

How come you haven't had some of that allowance during the day?

My theory is that you should always eat the bulk of your calories before 6pm wherever possible.
