I currently work monday to sunday up to 60 hrs a week anywhere from 8:30 am to 9pm to I wouldnt be able to commit to meeting with a cdc to get weighed etc at a set time and day every week, Is that going to be a problem?

I think most CDCs will be happy to sort a time that suitable for you. Mention it and if they can't....look for another.
On that same note can you but more than 1 weeks supply at a time?

Yes, though I think it's a good idea to go weekly at the beginning.
Do you need a gps refferal?

For the lowest plan, the CDC will just inform the dr. It's not asking permission, and you don't have to see him/her. For the other plans, no doctor involvement...BUT

If you are on any prescribed medication, or are BMI 40+, you have to get the doctor to sign to say that nothing is contraindicated.
And finally when you go for your first meeting do you only have to pay for your food? or is there like a set up fee? read somewhere this was £175?

I heard of one CDC doing a set up fee, but it's very rare. Again, ask and if you don't like, find another :)
Sure there was more stuff I wanted to ask ... lol.

Ask away when it comes back to you :)

Also - for those of you who have kept the weight off - has it been a struggle or has the diet re-educated your eating habits?

I think I re-educated my eating habits, but the diet did give me space to get out of some old bad habits. The healthy eating plans that you do at the end of the diet really help too :)

Well done for getting through day 1. Roll on day 2.:)

Good on ya for getting through day 1 !!!

Miss Nadine - go for it girl ! I am sure you will find a CDC who will be able to see you when you want to go and give you lots of support. I was never asked to pay a charge to start seeing a CDC I think its very rare, I buy once a week, I cant afford to buy once a month it would cripple me!

    Good luck

I have FINALLY got to the 'loads of energy' stage and I am finally not the one who's lagging behind cause everyone else wants to run :D
I was volunteering to run around last Thursday :D

    I LOVE CD!
And my body agrees with SS+ (with meal) more than SS, I could stay on SS+ forever :D

    Woooooo!
Shame it's all going to waste in half an hour when I go to bed :p

Me too. On some forums people talk to me, and I don't know it's me they are talking to....then I join in and talk to me too :D

:j:j Fantastic! Great feeling isn't it. They didn't have ss+ when I did the diet:( I think I would have loved that. I just did the SS and every 4 weeks the add a meal. Which was okay, but I missed the milk in my coffee.
