Hey All,
I am seriously considering joing Cambridge, but I have about 194665 questions lol.
I currently work monday to sunday up to 60 hrs a week anywhere from 8:30 am to 9pm to I wouldnt be able to commit to meeting with a cdc to get weighed etc at a set time and day every week, Is that going to be a problem?
On that same note can you but more than 1 weeks supply at a time?
Do you need a gps refferal?
And finally when you go for your first meeting do you only have to pay for your food? or is there like a set up fee? read somewhere this was £175?
My stats are 5ft6.5 and currently weigh 14st10.
Sure there was more stuff I wanted to ask ... lol.
Well done to all:T :T :T
Thanks for taking time to read this post x0 -
Just a quick note to say it's day 1 and it's been ok. I was dreading all the headaches, tiredness etc that had been listed as side effects (whether they'll kick in over the next few days, who knows but hopefully not). I had a tetra brick for breakfast then Spicy tomato for lunch and copious amounts of water in between!
Had a few hunger pains but I've moved on and found something to do and I soon forget about them. Can't wait for next week to see how much weight I've lost - I look at all of you're signatures and see how much you've all lost and it's so inspirational. Also - for those of you who have kept the weight off - has it been a struggle or has the diet re-educated your eating habits?LBM 1st May 2012 £53,839
Current debt balance April 2017 £24,427:eek:

You will be able to choose your day/appointment time with your CDC
You can have up to 4 weeks' supply at a time although that would not be recommended at the beginning.
At your height/weight you would need a GP referral if you take any GP prescribed medication or have any medical conditions.
Some CDC's charge a set-up, most don't. Do phone around and find out their pack charges as they can charge what they like. Cambridge stipulate a RRP.
The CDC's are told that they can charge up to £50 for the first session. There is nobody in my area whom does that.
Do give it a go - what have you got to lose but weight?
The sooner you start the faster you will be slimmer :j
