I'll have to have some of those next week then, my CDC didn't give me any tetras.

    So I could be a size 10 in 2-3 months :) (size 14-16 now)

    Yay! :D
I'm really excited about this diet, as I'm sure you can tell :D
  • Hope all goes well x

The tetras are lovely frozen as ice-cream!!

I like the tetras on their own anywhere.

Ebay are giving me a £20 voucher in compensation for the trouble a Seller has caused me - fabulous!

Got a 20% off any item from another ebay Seller - so doing well here!

If the weather continues to be so cold am going to have to buy some long johns!!

I was a size 20 and I am now a size 12. Lost 4 1/2 stone, so for me it was about a stone a dress size.

I'm confused now, in the SS booklet it says I can't have the water flavourings until week 2/3 (can't remember which) but my CDC let me get some at my first meeting

I think I'll probably just leave it until week 3.

I went shopping with my mum this morning and she made me go and look for an apricot tart for my dad, and I was faced with all these lovely desserts I can't have  but I'm staying strong :)

Oh, and, does anyone else think that the vanilla tastes like uncooked cake mix? and I've got another 2 to eat...

And I had the vegetable soup and I thought that was disgusting too! So I'm going to make crisps with the other packet :)

Do they get any better? :p

I don’t know if any get any better or you just get used to them. For me it’s a means to an end so I just swallow them.

At the moment I’m eating to live not living to eat.

Most of the shakes are ok but compared to real food all the flavours taste naff!!
Adding crushed ice or just chucking ice in the blender does make it a bit more exotic. I also find that having them out of different style glass can make them more interesting……………….but then again I’m a bit strange I think lol!!

If you can get your head around that it is all a means to an end it may help. After all I guess it is a short time out of our life time to do the diet………it doesn’t last forever…….and we are choosing to do the diet and not eat food…..

I'll try thinking of how much weight ill lose if i just cram down that last bit of vegetable soup...

Well I just had a strawberry one on impulse (I was going to have choc mint) and it was very nice :) so I'm all happy now. Like the opposite of disheartened :D

    Feeling all positive. :)
(After having a blinding headache and then feeling really tired and then feeling woozy! I hope I feel better tomorrow! :p)

And I was amusing myself with the strawberry powder, which is yellowish (isnt everything?) but turns pink in water :D

I love the vegetable soup! The vanilla shake is yummy!

There are only a couple of items I don't care for really

Jennikay it sounds as if Ketosis is well on its way!!

    Hi

I dont have any of the packet soups any more except to make the psyllium husk crisps. I have chocolate tetra and bars. The headaches sound like ketotsis too.
