You MUST have the three meal replacement shakes with a meal - not just the two.
You will not lose weight any faster by doing two shakes plus a meal - in fact it will slow your weight loss down as you are not taking in the requisite nutrients.

Really? My counsellor never said anything when I asked for 14…….oops.
I’ll give her a ring later. Thanks for that.

You can only have two shakes if you are on the 1000 plan0

I didn’t want to increase my calories that soon. I’ve still got shed loads to loose!! x0

The SS+ is three shakes plus a meal and is 615 cals0

Oh right – Ill have enough until later on in the week maybe she could post the extras to me.…….at least I won’t need to feel guilty now lol!!
Can I then have a 200 calorie meal? x0 -
Yes, that is what SS+ is
You should have the CD booklet from your CDC and it is all in there. If you haven't got one then do ask for one0 -
Now I don’t know if it’s just me but I’m doing the sole source plus and I’m finding it really difficult to have 3 shakes and a meal.
When am I supposed to have the 3rd shake?
Part of doing this diet is to deter me from snacking – which is working. Prior to the Cambridge it would be sweets, crisps, chocolate that I would want to eat after tea but I never had supper.
Today I had shake for breakfast, I was on a course at a conference centre so had my meal for lunch. I have just had soup for tea and I know that I will not be able to have another shake later – because I’m not hungry.
Yesterday I missed my soup at lunch because again I was busy and at 4pm I realised I had not had lunch. I had some soup then had a meal at 6 but couldn’t have any more shakes or soup because I wasn’t hungry.
Is this normal??
I have taken some extra vitamins and minerals to compensate for the nutrient that I have missed from the shakes.
Hope someone can help x0 -
Hi
I guess its because your body is now in ketosis and you dont feel as hungry.
Its important to have the shakes or bars though, they do provide your essential nutrients and you might feel a bit woozy without them. I started SS+ this week and am really enjoying it after 12 weeks of SS.
I have 3 cambridge products and a 200 cal meal from the booklet, I have lost about 3 or 4 lbs since Saturday already so I would recomment it

Thanks for that.
I would really be ‘forcing’ another shake down tonight on top of the fluids I have to drink.
I feel that eating when not hungry is not the way to go for me – that’s what got me here in the first place - lol!
I am not concerned about the missed nutrient as I feel that I have covered that with vitamin and mineral tabs.
I have felt great on both days without any wooziness or headaches.
,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,my head is beginning to ache now this is all too complicated and confusing to me, maybe I should just keep it simple and stick to the 3 shakes a day thingy – lol!! x
