hiya all
wellcome clara, you are a newbie aty this the same as me lol.
went to the party last night and i had just water and no food, people all around me were eating sausage rolls and stuff and it was hard just sticking to the water, it was a cheap night for oh though as he didnt have to keep getting my pints of cider in lmao.
feeling a bit shaky this morning and im wondering if its because im not drinking enough water or somthing else, i am on day 5. i know its a stupid question and i can be a bit of a dummy sometimes but what it tetra, my cdc didnt mention it and i cant find the answer.?????????
speak later xxxxxxxx
A tetra is a readymade shake
They come in Chocolate or Banana. If you have one of those you need to increase your water intake by 1/4 pint as they are concentrated.
You can have them on their own and are wonderful if you are out for the day - I can take a tetra and a bar with me if I am not going to be at home.
They are also yummy as a mousse too, when you can have the mousse-mix.
They are fabulous frozen - take it out of the freezer and allow to rest for at least an hour - you get yummy ice-cream!!0 -
Arly, I go to New York 3 months today, my first target is 4 stone by then. Reading these pages, if I don't cheat I'd say it's do-able. I am very overweight, so when I come back from NY I'll give myself my next target.
OK, I'm going to clean out the car now, anything to take my mind off that cappucino drink!
I was looking forward to the chilli soup at lunch but maybe I'll try a different one lol
I think I might try one of C&Q's 'recipes' from page 87 for lunch.......I can't look into the future, but the futures where I'm walking to0 -
Will send the link to my slide show Clara - I think you might like watching it!
A bit of inspiration for you.0 -
Thank you for that, I will keep it in my favourites for some inspiration when things get tough!
Just had a chicken and mushroom and it was ok! Yay! lolI can't look into the future, but the futures where I'm walking to0 -
I had all hot shakes/soups from November to April
Now I am having everything icy cold!
I really don't like the oriental chilli soup, I went off the broccoli and cheese and am not particularly fond of the toffee & walnut but the rest are fab0 -
I am only on the chocolate tetras, they are the only ones I can stomach but come the weekend the diet goes right out the window but during the week it's great - oh well0

Had my first official weigh in today and I've lost 7lb – a pound a day!!
I must admit that I added a desert spoon of Ainsley Harriots low calorie cuppa soup to the Leek and potato soup because it was sooooooooo disgusting!!! (I don’t live near enough to my counselor to just pop round and change it) Apart from that I haven’t deviated from the script.
Whilst I haven’t been hungry I have missed the social aspect of food. In my culture the coming together over food is really important.
I got a new job on Tuesday and it was really strange not having an open house to celebrate.
After seeing the counselor we agreed that although it will only be my second week I can have a meal as per the guidelines if I want. I have still bought 21 shakes and intend to stick to just that in the main but feel happier knowing that I have got the scope to eat.
So here’s to another week and hope that we all do well xxx
