Well Done CnQ. months is a longtime, but 9 stone ... you must feel brilliant.

I went a bit mental over easter, I had a fillet steak Saturday, but thats not the worst. My mum gave the OH a box of Creme eggs the other week, which he diligently hid from me. I came across them on Monday when he was out.. and I ate them ALL, all 6 eggs in one. By god it was nice. I'm sure at weigh in tonight it will tell.

  • The months have just flown by - and the results have been well-worth the effort that has gone into it.

Hope weigh-in goes well for you
  • The carb-monster has hit bigtime and I WILL resist, I WILL

Got thus far without cheating and will finish this without cheating.

    How is everyone getting on?

Oh cute I'm sure you'll get through it, if anyone can you can!

I'm having a crap day. I went from feeling brilliant earlier and really motivated and then when I got in I had (are you ready for this) a mini snickers, 3 biscuits, a piece of bread and butter and fish and chips.

I feel like I could just cry, up until last thursday I had done brilliantly and had lost a stone in 3 weeks, I was so happy. Where oh where has my motivation gone? I feel so helpless sometimes, its as if I've got no control over what I eat  I feel like I'm so close to giving up and that's not what I want but I don't know what else to do.

  • I think it must be to do with the weather.

Just start again as a new day and forget about what happened today - just move forward.

Sit yourself down and write a list of all the reasons you want to lose those last pounds - make it comprehensive and make them personal to you - not for anybody else but YOU. Keep going until you run out of things to write.

Then look at it a few times a day. Pin it up in the kitchen so that you see it if you are tempted to eat food. Put up a really awful photo of you before you lost weight - somewhere so that you can see it - as a reminder as to why you are doing Cambridge.

Hope tomorrow is a better day for you x

Well done Mike firstly on the great weightloss achieved and secondly on the maintenance which its obvious to see works happy096.gif

I know you have been an inspiration to many with your blog and also your maintenance.

Now as a CDC you continue on passing your experience to others helping them to also achieve their weightloss and improve their health and lifestyles.

    Hi
Just to let you know ive lost 14lbs now in 4 wks im pleased with this although i know i could have done better but ive had a few blips along the way

My CDC is very helpful and said to hang something smaller on your wardrobe door and every few weeks put it on because when she did it her friend gave her a pair of jeans 3 sizes too small and it kept her motivated by trying them on and seeing they were fitting better each time and when she did fit them on well words cant describe how she felt

I have started drinking sparkling water as well and that seems to help

I am determined and together we will do it so even though you have eaten start again dont beat yourself up about it just start again
    good luck everyone
