Cheers CnQ yes It is going well I am sticking to cd 100% and the results speak for themselves. People have begun to notice how much weight I've lost & I have had some really nice compliments. The best thing though is my clothes everything in my wardrobe now fits or is too big!! It's such a fab feeling. I can't wait to get to my goal weight & go shopping no more EVANS or men clothes for me!
  • It is an amazing feeling knowing that you can shop in ANY shop not just two or three!

    Too much choice, though!!
  • Have been out today to buy some bits and pieces for my holiday.

Got all sorts for £19 in Primark - now there's a shop that kept nothing that would ever fit me. They have some gorgeous belts and bags.

Dug out my swimwear last night and found four new swimsuits that will now fit me! Doing well here.

Yeah Primark is ace! Only used buy kids clothes & accessories there but now the clothes fit me as well...the women's clothes that is. (Even the amazing shrinking power of CD has it's limit y'know!)
  • Years ago Primark used to sell fabulous sweaters - I still have some of those which will fit me very soon!

They are great for socks/undies/nightwear. I got some cheap £10 calf boots in bronze metallic last November - just because I took a fancy to them - and they have been great. Always wished I had bought the gunmetal at the same time!

Am impressed with their belts, though, very interesting.

Got a Summer black & white spotted bag for £2.50 too

Found some Per Una bargains on ebay - so have done well there.

Doing well selling my too-big clothes on ebay too at the moment. Can't list any more until I come back from Malta although am going to autolist using auctiva so that the auctions end a few days after I come home.

Have rediscovered brand new clothing hanging in my wardrobe that haven't fit me for years - like finding a whole new wardrobe!

Have a great CD day everyone!
  • Hi, i've spent the last two days reading through this thread (or as much as i can manage!!).

I did Weightwatchers about two years ago (unofficially) and lost two and a half stone! Over time, they weight has come back with a vengance!!

I decided to re-join Weightwatchers and joined about two weeks ago. Lost four pound the first week but i've decided to join the Cambridge Diet as of tomorrow.

Think it may change my appetite towards food.

Cute 'n' Quirky - You are such an inspiration!! As are the rest of you!! You have all encouraged me!! If i do half as well as you have, i will be chuffed!!

I do have quite a bit to lose but i'm hoping that by coming on here, i will have some people to keep me company! :D
  • Good luck with your CDC.

    Cambridge is fabulous!
