Thankyou for the reply, I will do, just need to find the cdc in my area now.

How long have you roughly got left to reach your target weight?

I actually saw some of your photos on the previous site i went on, cannot believe how well you have done.
And I must confess it was these ics that really spurred me to do it myself.

SO A BIG BIG THANKYOU TO YOU:beer:
  • The photos are on here too!

About another 37lbs - it depends how much I manage to lose/gain whilst I am away on holiday!

Kenco is actually my dog's name. He is a rescue dog and they named him kenco because they described him as full of beans.

I liked the name as it was different so decided on keeping it.

I cannot believe the weight loss with you c and q. Excellent keep up your good work.

And hopefully i wil be doing the same soon, now all Im thinking is which flavours to try, I know im a bit funny with new things and I am wondering if they are at all powdery like the lipotrim I tried. They literally made me gag. I had to force them down, did it for 1 wk and quit because I couldnt face the shakes, not cause I was lacking will power but simply because the thought of drinking them with powder in made me feel so sick.
    Well only time will tell.

Goodluck with your weight loss every-one and I will fill you all in shortly with my story.

    Thanks All:T
  • CD is totally different to Lipotrim - fortunately!

I haven't found them to be powdery but I use a hand-held blender (under £4 in Tesco) and have no problems.

If I am away I take tetras and bars.

Hoping to lose another 1lb by weigh-in!!
  • Hope everyone kept away from the easter eggs, the hot x buns and all the other easter goodies!

kencokenco you asked about energy levels on cd I have to say that imho its a mixed bag. I feel better for having lost weight however I do find that the lack of carbs does affect how much energy I have.

I find that generally I can function very well, I work 30hrs per week & have two kids but I find it very difficult to do anything strenuous & generally feel knackered the following day if I over exert myself. I also find that I sometimes have dizzy spells if I get up too quickly or race around. These never last more than a few seconds & only occur now & again.

I put up with these side affects as in general they don't impede me to any great extent and I have had fantastic results with CD. I plan to start working up the plans in the next 6 -8 weeks or so depending on my cdc's advice & I expect to be at my goal by June.

CnQ- Congratulations, 9 stone,WOW! You're getting on so well!
