Hi ya
I have a couple of questions, i hope someone can answer for me please....
I started the 790 plan yesterday and so far so good, weighed myself this morning and it says im 3lbs down!!! I know thats probably all water and my weight will fluctuate (sp) between now and weigh in day next week but what i wanted to know was
1) Is it correct that i can have 6 quorn sausages a day in place of the quorn allowance??
Also
2) I have read that we can have 150g of low fat yoghurt in place of the milk allowance, is that right??

Quorn sausages, yes, but I would only have 3 of them and only the bangers or the Cumberland sausages

Also wanted to congratulate you on your weight loss, you are doing amazing and must have will power made of steel, you truly are an inspiration :T .

Quorn sausages are a no you must stick to the plain quorn mince or fillets if you are following the programme correctly.
The sausages have breadcrumbs and other flavourings and additives in them they can jeoparise your ketosis or slow your weightloss.
On a special occasion maybe you could try one of the other quorn products, however, this is not suitable for all.
What may work for one person could be disasterous for another.
You should discuss your individual needs with your CDC.
This applies to burgers as well.

Once the pounds start to fall off the motivation comes from that.
Have been very upset this week with the burglary/arson etc and have totally not wanted to eat anything at all and have had to literally force myself to have the CD meal replacements.
