  • Well at least I didn't eat!

I wanted to binge something chronic. I had one extra CD bar instead

If I had of done I would have felt so much worse today. Thank God I didn't.
The scales have dropped again this morning - stress does have some good points to it!

I've lost 2lbs this week and...................I drank 2ltrs of water yesterday :D . I really had to force it down me but it went down............... .

Sorry to hear about your break in CnQ - hope Insurance people believe you without any hassle. Also I didn't know to split the packets into 6 when you first start...........that's a very good tip.
  • Hi all - looks like there's a few of us now all dealing with the first week or so! Nice to hear from you. Well day 6 was good - they've still not eaten all of the mintoes that have been lying around at work for a week. Every time I get up to walk either away or to my desk they call me. I would have normally finished off the pack by now - and I'm so tempted!!!!!! My hubby has some pizza last night - I cooked it and served it up, but ended up licking my fingers after. It nearly sent me over the edge, but I did cope. He is now on the wagon so to speak - doing all the washing up and did his own food shopping tonight bless him. I think he is realising what I am having to sacrifice to be thinner. He is buying all healthy food so we can both do something good.
Well weigh in day tomorrow - i'm quite excited now!

    catch you later!
  • Well all.

It's good news and bad news...

I lost 10 1/2 pounds. So was well chuffed.

But, I failed myself by the end of the day. I went back to work this week, thinking it would be easier, but it was worse. The food packs and water didn't fill me up, and I was placed in the kitchen area today. I was hungry for solid warm food today - something savoury, so I had a toasted ham, onion and cheese sandwich. I really thought about it before I had it. And decided I really wanted it. So I had it. I felt ok afterwards, but then a little bit sick. And I'm worried about how it will affect me for the rest of the week. I'll continue with the diet, just carry on as normal on the diet. But I'm concerned what it means now and what affect it will have on next monday's weigh in...

    HELP!

    I just wondered
