Ryanair to charge for all luggage

Whether that's true or not, it doesn't really matter who created the problem as long as something is done about it.0

The problem isn't that they charge for hold luggage.
Its that Ryanair, Jet2, Monarch and Easyjet are just too generous with their carry on allowance.
Thomas Cook, + Thomsons only allow 5KG. so most people are forced to book hold luggage0 -
They'll have to withdraw the advertising for their cabin case which they say meets all their requirements.
Nearly bought the pesky thing half a dozen times!!!!
The advertising reminds me of these charity muggers. Never take no for an answer and keep tryig to the bitter end.
Our local fishing tackle shop is open tomorrow. I'll have to pop in to see their selection of fishing jackets!!!0 -
They will just start charging for pockets. Max 2 150mm x 150mm free.0

I agree that carry-on allowances are too generous though the problem is the size, not the weight.0 -
I predict a run on these http://www.amazon.co.uk/Rufus-Roo-POCKET-Travel-STEALTH/dp/B005KQAH5W/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1342938882&sr=8-2illegitimi non carborundum0

They're now getting tough on people with colostomy bags. Talk about taking the p**s:

Horrible company.
Spotted yesterday at Dublin airport.....bag gestapo on duty at the gate telling man with bag and suit carrier to put one bag into the hold for €50. Man stands there, puts suit on over clothes and stuffs suit carrier into bag. Passes bag gestapo check. Walks down stairs and takes suit off and puts back into carrier.
Pointless.
Bag gestapo previously asked me to put my cup of orange juice and bagel into my carry on bag. Drank the juice and "wore" the bagel.

Last time my luggage got weighed and was a bit over the 10kg, I just put some stuff in a carrier bag, put it over my shoulder then put a jacket on top of it so the bag didn't show.
Passed the bag check then shoved it all back in the case again.0
