Well the plan for today was to do some more work on the Aston commission and continue with the gloss work in the living room. Instead I...
- made a batch of sloe gin
- made a batch of damson gin
- started off some blackberries for Crème de Mures
- washed the new bed linen
- served up leftover Marrow Soup for lunch pepped up with a little more curry powder - much better
- made Sausages in Plum Sauce for supper again at Mr F's request :rotfl:
- did a little ironing
My bad

Well I didn't go into the Cinque Port Town today after all. It would have meant shopping and lunch and I wanted to keep my money for tomorrow. Mr F and I have decided to go clothes shopping :T Something we do very rarely these days - I'm quite excited.
I still didn't do any painting though. Instead, I:
- bought a toilet roll holder for the downstairs loo. After 9 years I thought it was time :rotfl:
- ironed all the new bed linen. I thought it had a cream background when I brought it but it's actually white. That means I need some new sheets too. Will add them to the list for tomorrow
- had the very, very last of the marrow soup for lunch
- picked off the naughty caterpillars that are now decimating my pak choi. I've also sprayed the plants with washing up liquid solution as I'd read this helps. The courgette plant is still going strong though
- made Garden Vegetable Pasta again for supper to polish off fridge stuff that needs using up

Thank you everyone. I had a lovely day but the time went so quickly and we didn't get to buy half of the things we'd planned. Mr F nearly made it to a full day only retiring to the car with an hour to go :rotfl:So:
- only one item bought that wasn't in the plan - a gadget for Mr F. He deserved a bit of a treat though
- bought sale items where possible
- used the JL credit card for all purchases so more points toward vouchers
- registered for a Hou$£ of Fra$£r reward card so gained voucher points on our purchases there
- used a CP voucher
- used a free coffee and cake voucher in the JL caf!
- used our N£ctar vouchers for Pizza £xpre$$ to cover lunch
- logged all purchases on CP
- shopped on-line last night for a few things we weren't able to find whilst we were out. Went through TCB for those
:):)
Hope your all having a good weekend
