Oooh cordials, I hadn't thought of those as I'm ploughing through the worlds largest pile of blackberries. Off to loose a couple of hours in the time hole that is Pinterest looking for recipes!

I think I may dream about plums tonight. So far I've made:
- a Plum & Almond Cake
- 4 jars of Plum & Chilli Chutney
- 3 bottles of Chinese Plum Sauce
- 2 bottles of Plum Cordial
- 2 bottles of Plum Gin
- 1 tub of Plum Compote
So that's how my day went. I get all the plum jobs - sorry
I've set aside a couple of items to take to the neighbour who gifted me the plums. Hope I'm not offered any more! They have lots of apple trees too and usually gift some each year so I'm gearing up for the next preserving session. And I see the blackberries are ready. Lovely to get free food but I think I'll need to build a second kitchen to house all the jars :rotfl:
Ordered some wine today. I got a code for free delivery and a free bottle of olive oil this time. Decorating obviously drives us to drink as we've gone through the wine rack quite quickly this time :rotfl:
Leftover Courgette Lasagne with Harissa Sweet Potato Wedges for supper tonight. Mr F is home and has some good news. Work have ended his probation period early :T
Over the hump now guys

Occasionally I flick back through the pages of my diary to see what I was doing this time last year.
I was painting! I had just started and my diary is full of encouraging comments from my friends in the box. Thank you so much for your support then and now. Some of you have even bought my paintings and I can't tell you how much confidence that gives me.
In particular I would like to thank PAP who was responsible for the very first sale in my F0lk$y shop. PAP no longer has a diary on MSE and I haven't head from her in a while. But she is always the very first to 'like' any paintings I put on the B££ Garde£n Art FB page.
Dear PAP, I hope you are well and happy and enjoying life. We miss you here in the box.

Oooh yes! That's the recipe I used. Halved the sugar though - it did seem like an awful lot.
