Savage, I have this feeling that unless I finish the paperwork I have to finish, my body won't be going into labour. I am trying to finish everything now, but I am late for too many deadlines now and I think that is not helping with my motivation! I really want to get everything ready by the end of the week, when I will be 39+2, so I can concentrate in resting and relaxing! But I do not really believe I will get everything done this week, that is the problem!!

36 week appointment: (I'm actually 36+6) Well I've had bloods done so have to wait for the results. New midwife again today. I only have one member of the team left to meet. Heartbeat was as strong as ever. Baby behaved so I wasn't lying on my back so long. Didn't feel half as dizzy getting up midwife told me that what I thought were stretch marks may just be veins under the skin that have swollen with the weight. Checked my notes and I have protein in my urine, she didn't mention it. I'm also 3/5 engaged! Ano baby may move but it feels like progress to me

Bamama, they didn't write in my notes how engaged the baby was but at least says "engaged"! 39 weeks tomorrow!!! :j So far, most people have gone over their EDD in the thread, haven't they? I am not going to put much hope onto having her here next weekend.. gosh, that is scary... next weekend!

Hello ladies, just a quick one from me to say I've queue jumped a little! Shaylen emma was born today at 13:58, she weighs 7lb 5 and is crazily beautiful! Will post up q pic when I get home & can use the laptop x

Had very mild contractions for a couple of days before hand, waters went at 9pm yesterday and didn't come into the hospital infill 10:30am today when I was 3cm, by 12:50 I was fully dialated when they checked me and my little lady was born an hour later, could've had a worse experience but when people say it hurts trust them it's like nothing you've ever imagined but so so worth it x

Marta can't believe you have just one week left until your due date. Please make sure you write something here everyday so we know your progress.

AFM Had a really emotional day. My colleagues were really nice and they've organised a "mini" party for me :eek::D. I will miss them a lot but I'm sure I will visit them soon...with the baby.

Soooo starting with Monday I can relax and enjoy my own company. I have a lot to things on my list and if I can sort everything out by Friday then I can 100% relax!
