I hope everyone is doing OK. It's my last weekend before the baby arrives, so DH & I took DD (2) to pick a fresh Christmas tree. We've got it home and got the lights, the star and half the baubles on it. Knackered now, but DD loved helping. I'm having a rest before attempting the rest of the decorations. I must remember to put the breakable baubles on the top half of the tree.

I called into Sainsbury's this morning. They have 25% of clothes and a little glitch makes the sleepsuits that are normally £8 per pack or £12 for 2 packs, now £8 for two packs. It's only on until Monday, so I got 1 boy pack and one girl pack in newborn and DH can return the ones not needed. Sainsbury's is close to the hospital.

I might wrap a few presents tonight, as I might not feel up to it in the next week or two. Hopefully DD won't unwrap them if they are under the tree.

Hello everyone, sorry I have been MIA in the last couple of days, have had a horrible headache which I just cannot seem to shift at the moment and unfortunately it is worse when I'm lying down so sleep to kill the pain is out of the question.

Congrats DDB and happy due date to Jonno7 and Myatt

Thanks for the heads up on the sainsburys sleep suits glitch CL, every time I shop in sainsburys I look at the sleep suits but thought £12 for 2 packs was a bit pricey, but £8 sounds more up my street.

I'm so shattered, have asked DH to cook tea tonight as I just can't face cooking, we are only having meatball pasta so I'm sure he can manage that.

Hope everyone else is having a good Saturday night :D
    I :heart2: saving money

    No problem ;)

Sainsbury's sleepsuits have built in scratch mitts too, which are handy. DD scratched her face constantly for the first couple of months, so we had scratch mitts on her permanently. I had to send DH to the shops to get some when I was in hospital.
