Morning ladies
Eleanor Josephine Ann was born yesterday at 21.41 by emergency section. Ellie weighs 8lb exactly, and is very beautiful (not that I'm biased). Very sore, and exhausted, staying in hospital for a few days but will post a picky when we get home as well as a birth story. Suffice to say that nothing went to plan, but we're.overjoyed with our little girlLittle monkey born November 2012:jFroglet due March 20160 -
Yay congrats LittleMoog! Such a pretty name

Welcome newbies. Nice to have some fresh blood joining.
(Sorry if I've forgotten to congratulate anyone else.)
I have been awake since 4. Stayed in bed until OH got up for work. Gonna have a cleaning day and see if I can get some organisation in the babies room! Too many bits and pieces around the house now.0 -
Congrats LittleMoog lovely name! Been looking out for your news! Hope you make a quick recovery from your section.
I'm now in single figures! 6 days until this baby arrives!
Pisces I felt really uncomfortable and like I couldn't possibly get any bigger at about 28-30 weeks in both my pregnancies. I definitely did get bigger, but felt less stretched and more comfortable, not sure why. Maybe the baby has a growth spurt at this point and it takes a week or two for your skin to grow/stretch to accomodate it.
Monday was my first day of maternity leave and was planning on staying at home resting (as much as you can with 2 year old) when DH called to say he had broken down on the way to work. So I had to load DD up in her pyjamas and a coat and go and get him. Looks like the car has a major gear box problem, so looking like a minimum of £500 and I have no car this week as DH has mine for work. It will force me to rest I suppose!0 -
Just popping in to say congratulations to LittleMoog! :j0

27 weeks here, and feeling really huge. It's second time around for me but I seem to have forgotten everything! So my question - those ladies that are nearly full term, did your bump get much bigger in the 30s weeks?
I seem to have got really big in the 20s and not sure I could possibly double this again - or do I have to?I don't feel much bigger now although I suspect I am, bump isn't bothering me much aside from being heavier when I roll over in bed. Haven't been able to do shoes/socks properly for absolute aaages....

Hello Everyone -
Hope you are all well.
Aida - can you please change me on the list - I'm due on the 11th March and its blue. Thank you
I feel like a old woman at the moment and having a crappy couple of days - hormones and the rest! I'm starting to be tired again needing naps, turning over in bed is like one of those trucks - beeping when reversing!
Congrats to everyone thats had babies recently! Good luck to those due any minute.Newly Married, not a 2b anymore!! Mum to two wonderful boys!0 -
Hello ! Congratulations LM, hope u have a speedy recovery, i bet she is lovely !
Aida, that is so exciting! Dont be scare of labour, just think of anyone you know that is a whimp and if she can do it, you can too ! ( this is what i did with my driving lessons)
bamama, you are nesting !! hope u get ur baby room sorted.
Rups, what are u doing today, going to town ?
Marta, get that bag ready, dont let the day be here and get all panicky lol
Cl, that is a expensive service for the car, eh ? i dont know what i will do when i pass my test and run a car...
I am much better, still emotional but i am trying to keep busy, went to town yesterday and bought lovely clothes for Jade. Then went to see the consultant, everything is going to plan and glad she didnt say i was small..lol/
I have decided that right now is not a good time to make life changing decisions. My husband and I are taking time apart, he works mainly at his parents house all the time. He knows the rules to continue living here and while he respects that, he can stay.
I am short temper and emotional as you would expect from some pregnant women. I can not rush decisitions, i have to think about my 5yo. We just moved house and started a new school, big changes for my little girl, can just now chuck her dad out and bring a new baby home in two momths.
I dont think i am missing anything, i am still living alone most of the time and reached a compromise with him, once baby arrive i will see what i do.
Also i have no family here, and no friends with extra room, leaving would be a stupid thing to do, i do not want to be pregnant, with a toddler and homeless.Mejor morir de pie que vivir toda una vida de rodillas.0 -
Glad you decided not to take any drastic actions morocha. Even if you don't get on at the best of times, at least he will be around to give some support (however small).
I don't think I'm nesting just... doing the cleaning I have put off for the last 8 months? Lol!0 -
Huge congratulations LM! Glad you have your gorgeous baby!0
