Phew, successfully managed to add myself on there.

Just want to say hello and join in, long time lurker amongst all TTC/Pregnancy threads, posted a little bit in the 12-24 week thread but moving across now I'm 24 + 2.

Hi QueenB!!! Welcome to the thread!!

Well, I will definitely buy a slow cooker soon then, it seems like a great investment and not too pricey. I will save for the breadmaker or ask for one at Christmas, I read you can also make the dough then bake in the oven, which would be great for baguettes and pizzas. But the idea of waking up to fresh bread tempts me a lot, and if I can make croissant dough, I will probably just put it in the credit card, although that is not very MSE!!!!

I've gone into labour naturally, cramps and a show this afternoon, had contractions for past 3 hours. Every 15 mins at first now 3 in about 20 mins. Using tens but have no back pain, all front so its just a distraction tbh. Warm bath helped loads x

Welcome QueenB, nice to see some people coming over to the big thread, it's getting a bit quiet over here these days :hello:

Awake for no good reason again, went up to bed early as we're both a bit under the weather, but then I woke up at 2 and can't get back to sleep. DH had a nightmare as well, I had to wake him up as he was whimpering We've been together for 12 years, and he's never done anything like that before! He said something about a dog eating his foot and went straight back to sleep! :rotfl:

Going to do some knitting and catch up with some telly for a bit til I feel sleepy again, good thing I've got no plans til 12 tomorrow

Great news Taadaa, hope things have continued on for you and that you will soon be having baby snuggles.

I'm off for a swim today I think, then need to do the shopping at Lidl. Have my consultants apt on Wednesday so trying to keep my mind off that at the moment. Will hopefully find out whether bubs is still breech (I don't think he is) and plan my birth plan. I have asked not be induced this time, so need to put down on paper what that actually means :-/
