I'm not on the FB group so I don't know what's going on. It's my own fault, I didn't get around to it and now it's shut, and I really feel too far along to join the new one as I've only got about 6 weeks left!
I'm sleeping SO BADLY. I'm shattered all the time, it's not funWriggler just won't let me get comfortable!
Oh, and I've got SPD. It hurts, but it doesn't seem to be getting any worse at the moment. We'll see; the consultant said they'd refer me if it didn't get better - although how likely is it that I'll be seen before I give birth?!

As your due date is soon, and you're a regular poster, I don't think there wouldn't be any objection to you joining - why not PM one of the admins and ask? (mishkanorman, Triangle and LMM)
edit: did your consultant give you any exercises, or show you how to minimise movement when changing positions? My sister had severe SPD, but got a physio session where they showed her how to turn in bed, and get out of cars etc. Key was knees together, so for example turn in your carseat and put both feet on the floor before trying to stand up.Little monkey born November 2012:jFroglet due March 20160 -

I might give that a go; it's entirely my own fault, I allow myself to be distracted by work too easily (hahahaha, I've done NOTHING for the last week - and noone cares!).
Consultant hasn't given any exercises, but I looked them up online and I've been trying to follow them as much as possible. She suggested a belt but I sit at a desk most of the day and it's bl00dy uncomfortable. To be honest, my main problem is when I sit down at work then get up to go to the loo - it feels like I've been kicked very hard in the lady-parts for a couple of minutes while I loosen up the stiffness. We've got an exercise ball which I'm going to dig out now my living room is finished (hurrah!) and that may make a difference in the evenings.
Rups, I'm getting definite hardenings in my stomach, which I'm putting down to BHs, and I occasionally get exceptionally bad pain in my cervix for about 10 seconds which I think is wriggler trying to PUNCH her way out. It hurts! They're running out of room and we're going to feel a lot more of their movement.
Ikkle, many many congratulations - and yay that they've let you home even though you ended up with a c-section. Rest up, enjoy your snuggles!0
