Well I needn't have asked. Sorry if it's TMI but I was dozing in bed after my alarm and realised I was rather desperate to go. Cauliflower and broccoli cheese to the rescue I think lol.0

Glad you're all sorted now Bamama
Since early pregnancy I've tried to eat at least one thing each day that I know is good for keeping things regular, as I suffered quite badly in the first few weeks with everything slowing down. For me that's a glass of fruit juice and a handful of dried apricots every morning, and 2 bits of fruit with my lunch, preferably grapes or satsumas!
Feeling quite grotty this morning after my jabs yesterday, definitely feeling the effects in both my armsStill, I'd rather feel a bit grim for a few days than have flu or whooping cough, so am dosed up on paracetamol and made it to work. Back still twinging at me, but I'm trying not to take the codeine unless it gets really bad, as that was what my consultant advised last year when it first flared up.
3 days left to work, I'm alternating between :j and ! So much left to do in the next 3 days, but then I can just hand over and not think about anything til next AugustLittle monkey born November 2012:jFroglet due March 20160 -
Being on here makes me greatful that I'm not actually suffering! My only real problem is a lack of concentration and motivation.
Wish I only had 3 days left ^^ part-time in November though so that shouldn't be so bad... 10-2 instead of 8.30-4.30get to see them slowly get stressed out here as they begin to realise they can't cope without me XD

I really do love one of the reps that comes to work. He brings me my own shortbread biscuits - 32% butter and over 200 calories a biscuit!0 -
That was me yesterday Rups, veg does seem to help. All the books say to make sure you're getting plenty of fluids too. I realised I didn't pee all that much yesterday... probs was a lil dehydrated.0
