  • Mrs B, welcome! I know what you mean about weight gain. I'm normally such a gym bunny and very conscious about what I eat... In the first 3 months I was so ill I actually lost weight! Since about week 18 my appetite has come back with a vengence! I do worry about what I'm going to put on, but I know I have determination and motivation to get back on it after the baby is born. X

  • i used the tablets with my first, and healed really quick (didnt have stitches or anything, just bruised). didnt bother second time, had tea tree baths instead which worked just as well.

Mrs B welcome and congrats. I'm a lurker really as bubs is now here :o
Arnica someone from the newborn thread said to take them soon after birth. They are meant to help healing. I got mine from boots and were bout a fiver. They're with all the homeopathic medicines etc. Although they never made it to the hospital with the drama. I found a big bag of stuff I bought that got moved and OH couldn't locate it!

Sending big labour vibes to you Emsbet, twinklie and mummyoftwo and others who need them. Also Milliebob good luck for your section tomorrow
