Yes same lady - I really like her. She's hoping to do some post-natal mum and baby swimming too I think, and is trying to find somewhere to do baby massage near me - I really want to do both of those. elisabeth - this is the lady I recommended to you for your aquanatal.

She made a real difference to how I felt about labour. She really gave me confidence and was incredibly supportive when I had feeding problems with Freddie because of his tongue tie. Everyone should have a Julie.

Just think, sm. If we've both been to aquanatal with her in Fareham perhaps we were in the same class without realising? :cool:

On the medela swing front i bought one at the baby show direct from medela at...£80! Couldn't resist at that price but does mean i have an ebayed 2nd hand one at home to resell. Not sure if medela will be at the other shows (this was manchester last friday & their head office is in manchester). Also suspect the 80 might have been a friday only special.

Morning ladies

Feeling really good this morning, I slept for the whole night without getting up for the loo once! I don't think that's happened since I got my BFP! :j w00t!

We've got our first NCT class tonight, really looking forward to it. The course leader rang a few nights ago to chat about how my pregnancy is going, and what sort of things we'd like to focus on in the classes etc.

Have fun at your NCT class LittleMoog - it's some of the best money I've spent, apart from on these aquanatal classes, which I'd not have found out about if I'd not been to NCT classes as it was one of my group who recommended her.

Rups I didn't bother with the membership as we couldn't really afford it, and I'd been told by my friend who's children are slightly older that a lot of the NCT things like the coffee mornings etc, you don't have to be a member for anyway.

Little Moog that's amazing you slept through! I don't remember my last full nights sleep.

Well, due date tomorrow. Can't believe it's here, the last 12 weeks in particular have gone so quick. Still getting some pains but nothing regular or substantial any more. Am off to have a swim in a bit as my sister works in a spa so has got us a pass for the day. Disappointing I can't have a jacuzzi or sauna but oh well. MW appt later on. Am hoping she will examine me internally and give me a sweep although standard procedure here is 7 days overdue. I can't wait til next Fri, that will drive me insane! I have lots planned for end of Sept/beginning of Oct and it will be much easier if baby was here by next week rather than in 2 weeks as we will have settled down more by the end of the month. Fingers crossed!

Littlemoog, thank god you slept well and feel good. I can't actually remember when i had a good sleep too! I always wake up to go to the loo, or wake up as my side is hurting or something or the other! lol.

Damn sexymouse, i saw your message now and had booked the course yesterday with the fees so now we have paid it. lets hope its worth it. looking forward to the classes though and they start next month. woo hoo...

DH was so tired yesterday. i felt bad for him. he went and did us dinner and then he also swept up and sorted out his clothes wash. He is gong for Kung fu tonight, and i think he is doing too much, but wont nag as i think have nagged him to death for the past few days. i felt sorry for him later. softy me. i washed up and cleaned up the cooker and then chilled and chatted on here and booked the course. Will see if mothercare have my baby furniture in store, as i want that.

its so bloody cold in this office. grr and brrr

now that you've got your membership, make sure you don't miss any nearly new sales in your area - you can search for them on the NCT website. There are quite a lot in October around us. Top tip - arrive half an hour before doors open to members to get to the front of the queue! It's a bit manic, but it's worth it as a lot of the best bargains are snapped up in the first 15 mins.
